A Marine Refuge... Energy and Peace. After doing my exercise routines and feeling good about myself, I enjoy being in front of the sea feeling that peace that fills my soul with deep relaxation. A moment alone with the sea, to feel the wind crashing against my face and my ears listen to the beautiful melody generated by the coming and going of the waves, besides perceiving the power that is felt when the same waves crash against the stones.
That sensation denotes that the water as such seems weak, but the truth is that it sweeps away everything in its path, just as it sweeps away everything negative that may exist in our being. That moment alone with the sea, definitely fills me with energy, with magic, even more when the sun's rays are reflected in that sunset as the moment of getting lost in the horizon arrives.
Un Refugio Marino... Energía y Paz. Luego de realizar mis rutinas de ejercicios y sentirme bien conmigo mismo, disfruto estar frente al mar sintiendo esa paz que llena mi alma de profunda relajación. Un momento a solas con el mar, para sentir el viento chocar contra mi cara y que mis oídos escuchen la bella melodía que generan el ir y venir de las olas, además de percibir el poder que se siente cuando las mismas olas chocan contra las piedras.
Esa sensación denota que el agua como tal parece débil, pero lo cierto es que arrasa con todo a su paso, así como arrasa con todo lo negativo que pueda existir en nuestro ser. Ese momento a solas con el mar, definitivamente me llena de energía, de magia, más aún cuando los rayos del sol se reflejan en aquel atardecer a medida que llega el momento del perderse en el horizonte.
