- Esto es un poco difícil para mí porque desde muy pequeña he tenido ciertos problemas de autoestima y luego cuando me hice mayor tuve una relación que me dejo muy mal sentimentalmente y desde ese momento me he sentido fea, odiaba verme en el espejo y casi no comía nada, pero desde hace creo que ya más de un año me metí en el gimnasio y eso fue mi salvación entrenen mucho, empecé a cuidar mi comida y tengo mejores hábitos, al día de hoy puedo verme en el espejo me siento sexy, linda, feliz.
Mi consejo es que, si se sienten mal con algo referente a su cuerpo, trabajen en ustedes mismos y sean felices.
