An old slightly strange place which is now a modern block of apartments, Sanford Orleigh was actually somewhere my family used to have a house - now demolished and completely redeveloped.

The great oak will be back to life again come the changing of seasons.

Not Photoshopped.

That's a real chicken. This breed has a very odd look with a very squat neck. It's face pokes out of that part where it looks like a neck should extend. Perhaps not a native breed, a local chicken keeper with a variety of rare and cute looking chicks which were running around the beer garden of a Dartmoor pub. Trees, footpaths, strange buildings in strange light. Monuments and footpaths through the hills. Anarchy signs in back alley to a local boozer. Running right along the sea wall before approaching Teignmouth and then Newton Abbot as coming from train. An old oak tree, in a communal peice of land in the suburbs sits bare and looking almost dead. But it's only winter, come Spring then Summer it will be a very fulsome once again.

Thanks for enjoying!

Hope you enjoyed these pictures, all taken around the town I grew up, back in ye olde england, the land of green grass and rolling hills!

See you soon :)
