I had planned to do my usual morning run this morning but I woke up and my hamstring was just too tight. I must have done more damage to it than I thought yesterday at parkrun.

It was a nice day out but I was a bit depressed not beening able to run freely as usual so thought I would just try a walk and I headed down through the local nature reserve to the creek.

I have been through this area many times over the years running but never really had a good look around. Seeing and taking in the beatiful nature was just what I needed to lift my spirits. Hopefully with a bit of rest I can be back running again soon.
