Espero que se encuentren bien y hayan tenido un grandioso día, hoy 19 de Octubre es el Día Internacional de la Lucha Contra el Cáncer de Mama, por esta razón hoy comparto con ustedes unas fotos de una actividad que se llevó a cabo en el Centro Comercial Monagas Plaza referente a este tema, al cual asistieron muchas mujeres vestidas de rosa, color representativo de esta causa.

I hope you are well and had a great day, today October 19 is International Day to Fight Breast Cancer, for this reason today I share with you some photos of an activity that took place at the Monagas Plaza Shopping Center regarding this topic, which was attended by many women dressed in pink, the color representative of this cause.
La actividad llevaba por nombre Arte y Vino y fue realizada por la organización Damas Rosas en el marco de su aniversario para celebrarlo. Se llevó a cabo en la feria del centro comercial, un espacio bastante amplio en el decoraron de color rosa y donde se hizo una charla sobre el cáncer de mama, experiencias personales de algunas mujeres, actividades recreativas y artísticas como pintura libre donde cada mujer asistente creó una pequeña obra y recibieron obsequios de parte de los organizadores.
The activity was called Art and Wine and was carried out by the Damas Rosas organization within the framework of its anniversary to celebrate it. It was held at the shopping center fair, a fairly large space decorated in pink and where there was a talk about breast cancer, personal experiences of some women, recreational and artistic activities such as free painting where each woman attending created a small play and received gifts from the organizers.
Por mi parte no pude asistir a esta actividad porque debía estar presente en mi trabajo, sin embargo, aproveché un tiempo libre que tuve para ir a observar un poco y tomar algunas fotos, incluso hasta me pude tomar unas fotos en la decoración que hicieron al finalizar la actividad. Todo estuvo bastante lindo hasta donde pude ver y la idea de hacer conciencia sobre esta enfermedad se hizo presente recordándoles a las mujeres acudir al médico periódicamente y realizarse el autoexamen para detectar cualquier anomalía a tiempo para poder combatir esta enfermedad. Realmente me pareció una gran actividad, me habría gustado mucho poder ser una de las participantes pero al menos me ha quedado la experiencia de haber estado allí y el recordatorio de lo importante que es darle a nuestra salud y a nuestro cuerpo la debida importancia que merecen.
For my part, I could not attend this activity because I had to be present at work, however, I took advantage of some free time that I had to go observe a little and take some photos, I was even able to take some photos of the decoration that they did at the finish the activity. Everything was quite nice as far as I could see and the idea of raising awareness about this disease was present by reminding women to go to the doctor periodically and perform self-examination to detect any abnormalities in time to combat this disease. I really thought it was a great activity, I would have really liked to be one of the participants but at least I have been left with the experience of having been there and the reminder of how important it is to give our health and our body the due importance they deserve.
