Cuando te entregan a quien será tu nueva mascota, al principio todo es maravilloso. Su belleza y ternura nos conmueven de tal manera que cualquier cosa que venga de ellos, es mágico. Esto si se trata de mascotas convencionales como perros o gatos.

Solo cuando pasan algunos días y ellos ya se sienten en confianza en su nuevo hogar, puede que empieces a dudar de tu decisión, ya que aunque son animales, cada uno tiene un temperamento difente, y todo lo que hayas leído o experimentado con anterioridad, simplemente queda en el recuerdo.

Ella es Aramis, mi gatita de casi 4 meses, que es la consentida de la casa y la que equilibra la partida sexista dentro de ella, pues antes eran dos varones y yo sola por el lado femenino.

Los primeros días fueron de adaptación, y aunque yo la traje a casa para que fuera la mascota de mis hijos, al final ella me escogió fue a mi como su compañera, pero también su cama y su juguete.

En la mayoría del tiempo cuando está sola en casa, parece que duerme, porque no consigo huellas de sus travesuras, pero basta que yo llegue para que se le active la locura de correr y hacer parkour entre los muebles de la casa, hasta que queda exhausta y se sube a mi regazo.

Parece muy tierna en las fotos (y lo es!), la cuestión es que duerme encima de mi cuando estoy frente a la computadora y me mira con reproche si me llego a mover por alguna razón.

Igual prefiero que esté así, pues con tanta carrera, pudiera hacerse daño o romper algo en casa. Así que adoro sus momentos de relax, aunque termine con las piernas acalambradas por no poderlas mover a placer.

I prefer it this way, because with so much running, she could hurt herself or break something at home. So I love her moments of relaxation, even if I end up with my legs cramped because I can not move them at will.
