BUT IS SMALL when he allows himself to be governed by behaviors, typical when he wants to look good with everyone, when he handles those who can least as a volatiner. A PERSON IS GREAT when he forgives, when he understands, when he puts himself in the other's place, when he acts not only according to what they expect of him, but also with what he expects of himself. BUT IT IS LITTLE when he disappoints, when it hurts, when he acts with pride, when he is not supportive, when he lies, when he does not know how to ask for forgiveness.

UNA PERSONA ES ENORME cuando habla con franqueza y vive de acuerdo a lo que dice, cuando trata con cariño y respeto, cuando mira a los ojos y sonríe con franqueza.
UNA PERSONA ES GIGANTE cuando se interesa por tu vida, cuando busca alternativas para tu crecimiento, cuando sueña junto a ti... cuando intenta comprender aunque no piense lo mismo que tú.
PERO ES PEQUEÑO cuando se deja regir por conductas , típica cuando quiere quedar bien con todos, cuando maneja como volatinero a los que menos pueden.UNA PERSONA ES GRANDE cuando perdona, cuando comprende, cuando se pone en el lugar del otro, cuando actúa no sólo según lo que ellos esperan de él, sino también con lo que él espera de sí mismo.PERO ES POCO cuando decepciona, cuando duele, cuando actúa con orgullo, cuando no es solidario, cuando miente, cuando no sabe pedir perdón.
UNA PERSONA ES GRANDE cuando sabe dar, cuando no tiene miedo de recibir, cuando la alegría lo caracteriza, cuando enfrenta la tristeza, cuando domina la ira.
PERO ES INIGUALABLE cuando desprecia, cuando olvida favores, cuando sólo busca su brillo, sus intereses, su bienestar. Empequeñece aún más cuando ataca, cuando falsea su testimonio, cuando mata con malicia.
UNA PERSONA ES GRANDE cuando extiende la mano, cuando cierra la boca y abre el corazón... y cuando su sensibilidad es tan grande como su tamaño.
