I was away for six days in Alexandra two weeks ago. It is a beautiful inland town in New Zealand.

Four of us were away on the job, and for the first time, I experienced accommodation hopping for 6 days because there was a film crew in town, and it caused a scarcity of accommodation.

My first accommodation was at Alexandra Avenue Motel, which happened to be my favorite, among other motels.

I like the light on the wall, I was able to cook a quick meal.
I also stayed there on my last night in Alexandra.

My second day in Alexandra, I slept at Rail Trail Retreat Loft on Dunstan Road which is the photo of the second bedroom I shared, I like the accommodation but it is not self-catering after I have bought chicken to cook. I drove around with the chicken for two days and eventually left it in one of the other accommodations I left in.
