Bukidnon is one of the most beautiful provinces in Mindanao. From a wide range of beautiful green ridges all over the place. From having this very cold temperature during December and some preserved tribes and culture. It offers the most amazing flower blossoms from late January ,February, until early March. You don't have to go to Japan to experience cherry blossoms but you can travel to Bukidnon and enjoy the amazing blooming yellow flowers along the highway from Impasug ong until you reach the centre city of Bukidnon. Driving on the highway feels like a movie. With all those beautiful yellow flowering trees around. Welcoming visitors and passers by to let them experience the amazing mother nature's gift.
I still remember way back in my college years in Malaybalay. We have this big tree inside the campus and we always drop by to take some fallin flowers to our dormitory. And even took a lot of photos under this tree with our oldie phones.
My friend and I visited Bukidnon last year and witnessed these amazing trees. Some call it the Brazilian Fire trees while others call them Golden trumpet trees as the flower itself looks shaped like a trumpet. It's been featured on local news and goes to National news as well. I bet these trees will bloom next year. And the borders are slowly opening with people being vaccinated . I'm pretty sure there will be more visitors coming to enjoy the blossoming yellow trees in Bukidnon.
