Pete's Place

Thankful much to be waking up to a beautiful and cheerful Friday morning. The sun is bright making the sky above us clear and bluish. What a great day to be alive!

Meanwhile, it's Thanksgiving Day in the US and I wonder which other countries celebrate the occasion. I've read a few greetings on LeoThreads when I took a little peek around 3 am. One asked what are we thankful for and since I count my blessings each day, I didn't have to think about mine. They are lots!

And I believe many (or probably all of us) are grateful about one thing or more. The fact that we are up and breathing today is enough to be joyful ain't it? So yeah, Hallelujah :)

Anyway, I'm sharing a few random street shots by the husband. They were all captured sometime ago elsewhere. The first 4 stills were taken at the parking spaces fronting the third terminal's entrances. For some reasons, the almost empty stretch of street made me feel very hopeful and calm, thinking about horizons and stuff. I was to share just one of them but they are sort of an arrangement so had to include four of them.

The fifth shot (Pete's Place) was photographed somewhere in Malate. The FarmBoy is quite the adventurous and got himself into a walking spree while waiting for his turn. I like the simple and homey feel of the place's frontage. The parked bike added some kind of nostalgia too hehe!

And the last one was somewhere in NLEX, the expressway which was built in the last few years and made travel time between places a lot shorter than it was before. The two buses were of the Victory Liner Trans catering to travelers to and from different towns and cities.

And there ends my share of some random street photos. Thank you lots and I wish us all a happy and glorious Thanksgiving Day (which to me is not only today or any other but every single day).

Cheers!
