We made it to the 1-month milestone for exercising every other day. My body hurts and I think that's a sign of needing a discharge week. Not sure if that's the term, but I think unloading makes more sense. It just means going back a bit in the intensity of the exercise to give muscles a breather for a moment. My next week will be about that.
In the meantime, I have taken lots and lots of photos at the beach. It is always a hassle to fight a cloud of mosquitos that come around. Fortunately, my hoodie prevents them from getting to my arms, but there's always the struggle of squashing as much as I can. That has made me drop my phone to the sand more than once. Oh, well, that's another perk of the act.
Sunrises at the edge of the sea are better. The stillness of water, the silhouette of the trees, the refraction of light upon the sea are marvelous. They feel me with peace. At least, when I'm not fight the mosquitoes. Enjoy some of the takes of last week. I've taken a lot of photos. For a moment, I think there are enough to finish the weeks that are left for the year.
We shall see about that!
