Momentos de atardecer

Mis queridos amigos cuando vivimos cerca del mar, en ocasiones dejamos de lado salir a disfrutar de la belleza que nos regala todos los días, quizás por dejarnos absorber por preocupaciones o simplemente por desconocer de los beneficios de tener al mar tan cerca.

Como he estado aprendiendo sobre el mar estoy investigando y decidí hacer algunos cambios. Por ello, como parte de esos cambios que he comenzado hacer en mi vida, estoy visitando los fines de semana a mi amigo el mar, y este paseo lo estoy haciendo de forma continua sola o acompañada.

En esta oportunidad me vine acompañada con Wendy, llegamos a un sitio bastante interesante y bonito, porque mantienen el lugar limpio, eso para mí es muy importante.

Al estar todo lindo, solo nos dispusimos a disfrutar de una tarde diferente, donde el atardecer fue maravilloso lleno de una gama de amarillos y naranjas que son encantadores. Creo que gran parte de este espectáculo deriva de que en estos días la luna estuvo en su fase de luna llena, y es en estos momentos donde los atardeceres se llenan de colores más vivos.

¿Qué beneficios aporta contemplar un atardecer? Desde mi experiencia puedo compartir con certeza, que propicia momento de altos niveles de calma, lo que me ha llevado a eliminar algún dolor de cabeza, me aleja de preocupaciones, permitiéndome liberar tensiones, entre otras maravillosas sensaciones. Por ello, esta práctica de conexión con el mar resulta muy placentera.

Si vives cerca del mar, libérate de las excusas y crea espacios para disfrutar de lo que la naturaleza te regala, son momentos de conexión grandiosos que podemos disfrutar sin invertir dinero, por el contrario la recompensa se traduce en bendiciones y buena energía para culminar un día con alegría. No dejes que se te pase la oportunidad.

Sunset moments

My dear friends, when we live near the sea, sometimes we neglect going out to enjoy the beauty that it gives us every day, perhaps because we allow ourselves to be absorbed by worries or simply because we are unaware of the benefits of having the sea so close.

As I have been learning about the sea I am doing research and decided to make some changes. Therefore, as part of those changes that I have begun to make in my life, I am visiting my friend the sea on weekends, and I am doing this walk continuously alone or accompanied.

On this occasion I came accompanied by Wendy, we arrived at a very interesting and beautiful place, because they keep the place clean, that is very important to me.

Since everything was beautiful, we just got ready to enjoy a different afternoon, where the sunset was wonderful full of a range of yellows and oranges that are charming. I think that a large part of this spectacle derives from the fact that these days the moon was in its full moon phase, and it is at these times that the sunsets are filled with more vivid colors.

What benefits does watching a sunset bring? From my experience I can share with certainty that it provides a moment of high levels of calm, which has led me to eliminate some headaches, takes me away from worries, allowing me to release tension, among other wonderful sensations. Therefore, this practice of connection with the sea is very pleasant.
