I've been practicing dancing since I was a child. My physical fitness is OK. I haven't gained weight. When I was a graduate student, I weighed less than 45 kilograms.

After work, I worked in finance. I'm busy every day. I either go on business or write project feasibility study report, financial risk assessment, etc. in the office.

According to my situation, the personal trainer made a fitness plan and provided scientific and effective training methods. The personal trainer also made a diet plan for me and guided me in nutrition and fitness.

After a year of training, my weight remained at 48kg. I didn't gain weight and my pressure was reduced.

Due to the epidemic, there are far fewer people going to the gym for fitness.
