Come di consueto oggi vi porto dentro una nuova Anteprima di un articolo che fra qualche giorno o settimana vedrete Nella Mente di un SerialFiller, il mio blog interamente incentrato sul mondo delle serie tv e di cui, da qualche mese, ho deciso di regalarvi costantemente, in anticipo su quello che pubblicherò, gran parte dei post che vedrete su www.serialfiller.org.
La donna delle pulizie diventa una serie...beh..detta cosi...ed eccola qui l'anteprima!
The Cleaning Lady è una serie in onda su Fox dal 2022 e che credo vedremo ancora a lungo su quegli schermi.
Gli ascolti registrati dall'emittente dei primi episodi sono stati infatti non solo buoni ma ottimi. Sembrerebbe trattarsi del miglior debutto sulla Fox da parecchi anni a questa parte.
La protagonista è Elodie Yung, che in molti ricorderanno per la sua interpretazione di Elektra nella serie Marvel/Netflix meglio riuscita e più famosa di sempre, ovvero Daredevil.
Elodie Yung ritorna a far parlare di se in una veste insolita, in una serie insolita come The Cleaning Lady è.
E' giusto parlarne perchè la serie il suo lo fa, e anche bene. Non è la serie che cerco e, soprattutto, non incarna quei valori seriali che cerco di promuovere su questo sito.
Il motivo principale per guardare la serie, oltre ad un'ottima protagonista, è il ritmo.
Molto incalzante nel pilot e molto raro da trovare in giro.
Nei 45 minuti iniziali, infatti, accade di tutto e tutto sembra comunque avere un filo logico per quanto imprescrutabile.
Partiamo col dire che, in ogni caso, si tratta di un remake. Un remake di una serie insospettabile andata in onda in un paese che, solitamente, non ci impone di fare grandi sforzi di memoria per essere ricordato come baluardo della qualità seriale.
La Fox l'ha presa e l'ha fatta sua, traducendola in uno show tutto americano con tutto quello che ne consegue.

The Cleaning Lady is a series airing on Fox since 2022 and that I believe we will see for a long time to come on those screens.
The ratings recorded by the station of the first episodes were in fact not only good but very good. It would seem to be the best debut on Fox in several years.
The protagonist is Elodie Yung, who many will remember for her performance as Elektra in the best and most famous Marvel/Netflix series ever, Daredevil.
Elodie Yung is back to be talked about in an unusual capacity, in an unusual series like The Cleaning Lady is.
It is right to talk about it because the series does his, and also well. It's not the series I'm looking for and, more importantly, it doesn't embody those serial values that I try to promote on this site.
The main reason to watch the series, besides an excellent protagonist, is the pace.
Very fast-paced in the pilot and very rare to find around.
