Per me è stata un'esperienza assolutamente significante, perchè mi ha messo a conoscenza dell'immenso lavoro che c'è dietro una singola bottiglia di vino...
Le cantine sono infinite e ci si sposta con una minicar stile trenino che inoltrandosi dentro ti fa sembrare di essere in una grotta.

The cellars are endless and you move with a train-style minicar that going inside makes you seem to be in a cave.
🇮🇹 Nel tour ho potuto vedere le collezioni private dei più grandi capi di stato, come Putin che tra l'altro ci ha anche festeggiato il compleanno negli anni passati e anche la collezione privata della Merkel che sinceramente non ce la vedevo amante dei vini; le bottiglie vecchissime sono conservate e protette in sale enormi, un posto mistico sopratutto dopo aver fatto due o tre degustazioni!

🇮🇹 Esiste una sala dedicata al cosmonauta russo Yuri Gagarin, che nel 1966 dopo essere entrato nelle cantine ne uscì solo due giorni dopo, bevendo e gustando le prelibatezze locali proprio nel locale che tutt'oggi porta il suo nome; leggenda narra che nel 1966 Yuri Gagarin entrò nelle cantine ubriacandosi, ne uscì grazie all'aiuto del personale due giorni dopo.

In Cricova the wine is produced, white, rosé, red and with the champenoise method, 50% of which is dedicated to export.
🇮🇹 Le sale ospitano fino a 60 persone comodamente sedute per dare corpo agli assaggi che partono da un minimo di 5 bottiglie fino a 9 incluso il cognac.
Il tutto accompagnato da formaggi, nocciole, dolci e crostini.
Ma non è tutto il sancta sanctorum del complesso sotterraneo è la parte dedicata all’assaggio e allo stivaggio di bottiglie da collezione, rigorosamente tenuto a 12.5 gradi.

🇮🇹 La mia esperienza nella cantine di Cricova è stata unica, consiglio a tutti quelli che ci volessero andare di farsi una bella scorta di vini, prendendoli direttamente in cantina per evitare di comprare lo stesso prodotto esternamente a piu di 3 volte il prezzo originale!
