We class action participants read and talked about the statute in an online meeting. Here's what we said.

We need to be legally recognized worldwide in order for the lawyer to work for all users in any country. To be legally recognized we must create an association and this necessarily needs a statute.

I have read the 5 articles of the statute, the most important.

Article 1

The association's name is "AAX class action" and will exist until its objectives are met (repayment or termination of the civil/criminal case including liquidation proceedings)

Item 2

The association is non-profit, which means that its purpose is NOT to make money. In fact, its purpose is to ask for money belonging to users. The advantage is that we will not pay taxes over the years.

Article 3

The workflow to be admitted into the association is: you send an application to the president, the president checks the application and, if accepted, sends it to the lawyer.
Each user will have to pay the lawyer only what is established by the contract between him and the lawyer. He will never pay anything in the future or pay the association. The contract with the lawyer establishes that the payment will entitle each user to be able to ask for their money in the cases of: reimbursement request, bankruptcy and civil / criminal lawsuit.
All Italian participants can apply for the title of President, Vice President and Secretary. All users can apply as national coordinators in order to coordinate and carry out the association's activities in their country.
Only the president can know the identity of the users, for privacy reasons. The participants in the association cannot know who participates because, if only one person connected to AAX were to participate, he could know the names, surnames and addresses of all the others and tell them to AAX. This must be avoided.

Article 4

Anyone who participates in the association is forced to accept everything written in the statute. Anyone who wants to leave the association can do so simply by sending a written request to the president. Any user who has bad behavior (eg harming other users) will be removed from the association.

Article 5

Specify the ways in which the association can finance itself to carry out its activities.

1. Voluntary Donations
2. Donations from public or private entities
3. Activities of the association

The money donated to the association will be spent exclusively on the class action and no participant nor the President will ever be able to take that money for themselves. This prevents anyone from stealing the money donated to the association.
An example of how donated money will be spent: If a national coordinator has to go to an office to ask for a document that costs $50, the organization will reimburse the coordinator using the money obtained from the donations.

Noi partecipanti alla class action abbiamo letto e parlato dello statuto in un incontro online. Ecco cosa ci siamo detti.

Abbiamo bisogno di essere riconosciuti legalmente in tutto il mondo per fare in modo che l'avvocato lavori per tutti gli utenti di qualsiasi nazione. Per essere riconosciuti legalmente dobbiamo creare un'associazione e questa ha obbligatoriamente bisogno di uno statuto.

Articolo 1

Tutti i partecipanti italiani possono candidarsi per il titolo di Presidente, vice Presidente e Segretario. Tutti gli utenti possono candidarsi come coordinatori nazionali per poter coordinare e svolgere le attività dell'associazione nella loro nazione.
Solo il presidente può conoscere l'identità degli utenti, per motivi di privacy. I partecipanti all'associazione non possono sapere chi partecipa perché, se una sola persona collegata ad AAX partecipasse, potrebbe sapere nomi, cognomi e indirizzi di tutti gli altri e dirli ad AAX. Questo va evitato.
