My thoughts
I have always seen my participation in the Splinterlands game under various aspects, certainly that of entertainment, because I really like playing on this platform, otherwise I would hardly have continued to frequent this game so assiduously over the years, but certainly another aspect that not to be underestimated is the sustainability of the game itself, with specific reference to the economic return of participating in the Splinterlands battles...
In recent years I have seen the daily earnings progressively reduce, with the introduction of new operating dynamics which have led to considerable reductions in the profits of us players, I understand, these adjustments were probably necessary to guarantee the sustainability of the game itself, but I didn't digest this new change too much, honestly speaking, so, albeit with a certain reluctance, before the end of the last Season I went back to playing in Modern mode, to avoid paying this tax tax. Wild mode, with results that I was quite satisfied with...
Comparison between Wild and Modern modes
My considerations are often supported by impressions that I get from my own experiences, I don't have absolute certainties, but I am convinced that I am often slightly wrong, so returning to Modern mode, keeping in mind this new tax, is a move not to be underestimated, because even in the case of the lower cost, dividing the registration cost by the 15 days of the Season lasts 6-7 dollar cents per day, as a compensation I must underline the passage from Lega Campione III, where I was came to play in Wild mode, to the much more modest Silver League I, where I concluded my 1st new Season in this type of combat, but I also noticed that the SPS tokens that I perceive in Modern mode, despite being set back in terms of Leagues and not by a little, they are even superior to Wild mode, for which no registration costs and greater earnings, Modern mode for life, one could say, but there are also implications, which I like them a little less, represented by the fact that some, different, perhaps many Monsters, many Playing Cards that I had bought and upgraded over time are no longer usable in Modern mode, and this time also time that, considering especially of this new tax introduced, they will suffer strong price devaluations, at the moment I'm not moving anything, I'm not selling anything, maybe something will change again and I don't want to get too ahead of myself, but if things were to remain in their current state, my Deck of Cards will suffer a significant depreciation...

What will I do in the future, regarding this gaming platform? What will my decisions be?

Ritorno a partecipare, dopo un breve periodo di astinenza, al Grande Contest di Splinterlands Social Media Challenge, dunque, vediamo un po' oggi di cosa vi voglio parlare...
Leggere i post di altri autori è sempre una buona abitudine, non ricordo bene quando ma non troppo tempo fa, più o meno a memoria una o due settimane fa, il mio caro amico @libertycrypto27 pubblicava un proprio resoconto in cui sostanzialmente annunciava l'introduzione di una nuova dinamica di funzionamento della piattaforma di Splinterlands, senza scendere troppo nei particolari, anche in considerazione del fatto che non sono così tecnico come il mio stimato collega, ho compreso chiaramente che per prendere parte alla nuova Stagione in modalità di combattimento Wild si sarebbe dovuto pagare una sorta di tassa, come un gettone grazie al quale sarebbe stato possibile l'accesso alla nuova Stagione, il costo di questa operazione oscillava, a seconda delle ipotesi formulate correttamente dal mio caro collega, tra poco meno 1 dollaro a circa 2 dollari...
Le mie considerazioni
Ho sempre visto la mia partecipazione al gioco di Splinterlands sotto diversi aspetti, sicuramente quello del divertimento, perché a me giocare su questa piattaforma piace realmente, altrimenti ben difficilmente avrei continuato in questi anni a frequentare così assiduamente questo gioco, ma certamente un altro aspetto che non è da sottovalutare è la sostenibilità del gioco stesso, con specifico riferimento alla resa economica della partecipazione alle battaglie di Splinterlands...
In questi anni ho visto progressivamente ridursi il guadagno giornaliero, con l'introduzione di nuove dinamiche di funzionamento che hanno portato a considerevoli ridimensionamenti dei profitti di noi giocatori, lo comprendo, probabilmente questi aggiustamenti sono stati necessari per garantire la sostenibilità del gioco stesso, ma questa nuova modifica non l'ho digerita più di tanto, sinceramente parlando, per cui, seppur con una certa riluttanza, prima della fine dell'ultima Stagione sono ritornato a giocare in modalità Modern, per evitare di pagare questo balzello della tassa della modalità Wild, con risultati che mi hanno abbastanza soddisfatto...
Confronto tra modalità Wild e Modern
Le mie considerazioni sono spesso supportate da impressioni che ricavo dalle mie stesse esperienze, non ho delle certezze assolute, ma sono convinto che spesso mi sbaglio di poco, per cui il ritorno in modalità Modern, tenendo presente questa nuova tassa, è una mossa da non sottovalutare, perché anche nel caso del costo inferiore, dividendo il costo dell'iscrizione per i 15 giorni di durata della Stagione si ottiengono 6-7 centesimi di dollaro al giorno, come contropartita devo rimarcare il passaggio dalla Lega Campione III, dove ero giunto a giocare in modalità Wild, alla molto più modesta Lega Argento I, dove ho concluso la mia 1° nuova Stagione in questa tipologia di combattimento, ma ho pure notato che i tokens SPS che percepisco in modalità Modern, nonostante essere indietreggiato a livello di Leghe e non di poco, sono persino superiori rispetto alla modalità Wild, per cui niente costo di iscrizione e guadagni maggiori, modalità Modern tutta la vita, si potrebbe dire, ma ci sono anche dei risvolti, che mi piacciono un po' meno, rappresentati dal fatto che alcuni, diversi, forse tanti Mostri, tante Carte da gioco che avevo comprato e avevo potenziato nel tempo non sono più utilizzabili in modalità Modern, e questa volta tempo pure che, in considerazione soprattutto di questa nuova tassa introdotta, subiranno delle forti svalutazioni di prezzo, al momento attuale non muovo nulla, non vendo nulla, magari qualcosa cambia ancora e non voglio anticipare troppo i tempi, ma se le cose dovessero rimanere allo stato attuale, il mio Deck di Carte subirà un bel deprezzamento...
Il futuro
Cosa farò in futuro, per quanto riguarda questa piattaforma di gioco? Quali saranno le mie decisioni?
Nulla di particolare, se non continuare a giocare e frequentare questo gioco, che risponde al nome di Splinterlands, del quale sono, complessivamente parlando, soddisfatto di prendere parte e di competere con altri giocatori, certo, occorre prestare attenzione a quanto succede intorno a noi, e magari fare degli aggiustamenti, come ho effettivamente fatto io ripassando dalla modalità Wild a quella Modern, ma non posso non esprimere un'ultima volta ancora la mia gioia di essere un giocatore attivo di Splinterlands, e consigliare questa esperienza anche a Voi Tutti, per chi non fosse ancora regolarmente registrato e volesse entrare in questo piacevole universo di gioco, può iscriversi utilizzando, se vorrà, il mio link di affiliazione...
