Oltre alle sanzioni economiche che, come e' palese per chiunque, stanno mettendo in ginocchio la Russia ed arricchendo tutti noi, c'e' un altro aspetto che rende ancora piu' assurda e risibile tutta la
situazione.
Il governo italiano ha sequestrato una serie di yatch di lusso agli oligarchi di Mosca che li avevano “parcheggiati” nei nostri porti.
Ora ci si accorge che tenere fermi quei natanti costera' allo stato, cioe' a tutti noi, decine di milioni ogni anno, ma andiamo nel dettaglio.
Il primo costo e' l'ormeggio al porto, parliamo di imbarcazioni che vanno dai 50 ai 90 metri con un valore dai 50 ai 70 milioni.
Il costo e' di circa 500 euro AL GIORNO.
Il costo di permanenza se comprende luce ed acqua lievita di piu' del doppio.
Per le leggi sulla sicurezza in caso di natanti superiori alle 500
tonnellate, le imbarcazioni devono avere a bordo sempre un capitano il cui stipendio varia dai 12 mila ai 15 mila euro al mese.
Poi ci deve essere, sempre per ragioni di sicurezza, un direttore di macchina abilitato per motori superiori a 500 kw che porta a casa 8 mila euro al mese e 4 uomini di equipaggio con uno stipendio di circa 4 mila euro al mese ciascuno.
Essendo sequestrati lo stato si deve occupare in solido di tutti
questi costi secondo il decreto legislativo 109.
Il tutto tramite l'Agenzia del Demanio che in base alle relazioni trasmesse dalla Guardia di Finanza decide se provvedere direttamente o nominare un amministratore o un curatore.
Se l'imbarcazione produce reddito si attinge a quel denaro, ma se e' ferma in rada occorre che il Demanio attinga ad un apposito fondo nel bilancio dello stato.
Inotre uno stato che confisca un bene ha l'obbligo di non farlo
deprezzare.
Quindi parliamo di un discreto salasso a carico delle casse dello
stato mentre gli oligarchi fanno festa perche' hanno trovato chi
paga le spese di manutenziuone della loro imbarcazione.

Now we realize that holding those boats still will cost the state, that is to all of us, tens of millions every year, but let's go into detail.
