Le parole di Martin Luther King risuonano estremamente attuali in questi giorni di guerra.

I bombardamenti hanno colpito sia siti militari che civili. Purtroppo le parole del pastore afroamericano risuonano estremamente attuali: “Non abbiamo ancora imparato la semplice arte di vivere insieme come fratelli”.

Non finché esisteranno persone meschine e insignificanti che vivono di potere e apparenza e nutrono questo potere con il terrore, la minaccia, la violenza e l'offesa.

WITH VIOLENCE YOU CANNOT RESTORE THE TRUTH

Martin Luther King's words resonate with us in these days of war.

Bombings have hit both military and civilian sites. Sadly, the words of the African-American pastor resonate with us today: "We have not yet learned the simple art of living together as brothers".

Not as long as there are petty and insignificant people who live by power and feed that power with terror, violence and offence.
