Quiero mostrarles en este video parte de lo que fueron las actividades culturales de cierre de año escolar donde estudian mis dos hijas en la actualidad, entre todas las que se presentaron por las distintas secciones que integran a la institución llamó la atención el del Baile de las Burriquitas.

Las Burriquitas son básicamente un traje o disfraz que se coloca la persona sobre el cuerpo dando la apariencia de estar sentado sobre el asno o burra como le llamamos acá y tiene además que bailar al son de la música que le coloquen, generalmente es el ritmo de parranda la música más tradicional que se utiliza para esta expresión o manifestación del folclore local.

En este video podemos ver una muestra del baile realizado por estudiantes de esta prestigiosa institución de la ciudad de Villa de Cura.

I want to show you in this video part of what were the cultural activities at the end of the school year where my two daughters are currently studying, among all that were presented by the different sections that make up the institution called attention to the Burriquitas Dance.

The Burriquitas are basically a costume or disguise that the person puts on the body giving the appearance of being seated on the donkey or donkey as we call it here and also has to dance to the sound of the music that is placed, it is generally the most traditional parranda rhythm that is used for this expression or manifestation of local folklore.
