Buenas tardes tengan todos, ya vamos a llegar a la época de ciruela, todavía están pintonas como se dice coloquialmente, cuando voy por la carretera se ven grandes y apetecibles, las aves son de las primeras en comerlas y los dueños de las plantas las alejan porque quieren preparar dulces y otras recetas.
Las lluvias ayudan a que de maduren un poco, la ciruela es muy deliciosa sobre todo en dulce que se come en la semana santa, algunos le agregan papelón o panela para endulzado.
Este árbol todavía le falta por cargar y pueden notar que están verdes, incluso así se las comen con sal, he visto a varios niños disfrutarlas así.
Tengo dos árboles en mi hogar y todavía les falta, algunos se desarrollan mas rapido que otros, también depende la tierra donde están plantados.
Pronto haré un dulce y les mostraré la receta de como lo preparo, le agrego hasta canela y clávitos.
