When I capture photos of high objects, I like to tilt them in the frame. I consider that the wide-angle lenses are the best suited for this task. I would like to mention that these types of lenses are among my favorites.
When I took the photos that I share here, my objective is the one that I mentioned above. The object photographed is an old crane of the Antofagasta port. Currently, this crane works as decoration in one of the parks of the city. On the left side of the image, there are flying kites, they work for filling in part the negative space in the frame.
Una forma que me gusta al fotografiar objetos altos, es inclinándolos en el encuadre. Los lentes gran angulares se adaptan muy bien para esta tarea. Ese fue mi objetivo al captar estas imágenes de una antigua grúa del puerto de Antofagasta que actualmente es decorativa en un parque de la ciudad. Noten que en la parte izquierda de la imagen se encuentra unas cometas volando, lo cual sirve para llenar el espacio negativo del cuadro fotográfico.
I used a camera Sony A7 (ILCE 7) with Sony lens E11mm F1.8 and Gimp as the software for editing the images.
I publish the images in black and white format and also in color.
Para tomar estas fotografías utilicé una cámara Sony A7 (ILCE 7) con una lente Sony E 11mm F1.8, y Gimp como software en la edición. Publico conjuntamente las versiones en color y blanco y negro.
