Hello everyone , this is my new entry for #monomad challenge, I love the emotion of black and white pictures!!
I love churches, especially when they are old churches in small towns, I love to smell that scent of incense that evokes ancient prayers.
These stones must have heard many masses and many confessions of sins, they welcomed the intimate part of man, his weak part, that part that undergoes the condemnation for life of being born a sinner.
Prayers in a low voice, supplications given on their knees, requests for forgiveness or a miracle, wedding vows forever. And above, the presence of a god who remains invisible witness of human frailty.

Amo le chiese, soprattutto quando sono vecchie chiese di piccoli paesi, amo sentire quell'odore di incenso che evoca antiche preghiere. Queste pietre devono aver ascoltato molte messe e molte confessioni di peccati, hanno ascoltato la parte intima dell'uomo, la sua parte debole, quella parte che subisce la condanna per tutta la vita di essere un peccatore. Preghiere a bassa voce, suppliche dette in ginocchio, richieste di perdono o di un miracolo, voti nuziali per sempre. E un dio che resta invisibile testimone della fragilità umana.
