Interesting day in my country. It is Independence Day on the first of August.
It is a celebration day for many countries in the western region of Africa.
If you are on this side of the world, happy festival time with the amazing artistic creativity from the local genius in your town.
If you are abroad, no worry, keep in touch with the local community of African in your city to enjoy the festivity in the week.
Here you will find some of the photos I took during the morning walk I took around the city on Independence Day.

My entry in the #monomad challenge is the black and white photos of the festival event held in the original manner in the southern part of the country.

It could be a sunny day, but it is still early to give up on the coming shiny day over the city.
The roads are not crowed yet. I suspect the people to be interested in the military parade that is broadcast on television. If people were to attend this event in the economic capital, they will have to head towards the opposite section of the area I took these photos.

I found a special peace remembering the childhood in the village and the traditional event, almost perfect in the representation of the artist.
My mother wore such clothes and bracelet on the commemoration day of the establishment of the Kingdom.
Highly important occasion, like the sitting on the throne or the coming to age of a young prince or princess, call for this large celebration and the demonstration of your talent on the singing and dancing side.
The photos in this article are black and white. I hope to share with the readers and passionate of culture the artist energetic message in his artwork.
