Yesterday, I worked with a very young radio host. He's just starting out in this industry and needed professional photos for his social media to create a more professional image and attract more clients for his radio work.
For the first set of photos, the guy wore a black shirt that looked great in black and white. We were going for a more casual yet professional look in these shots.
El dia de ayer trabajé para un locutor de radio muy joven, es un chico que recien esta empezando en este mundo y necesitaba unas fotografias profesionales para sus redes sociales y asi poder tener una imagen mas profesional que lo ayudará a captar mejores clientes en su trabajo de radio.
Para las primeras fotos el chico utilizó una camisa negra que se vé muy bien en blanco y negro,en estas fotos buscamos un look mas casual pero a la vez profesional.
To capture all the photos, I used my Canon RP camera with a 50mm lens and a white fabric. For lighting, I used two light sources: my flash with a 50cm octabox and an LED panel as a secondary light behind the subject.
I guided him through the poses to help him feel comfortable and build confidence.
Para tomar todas las fotos utilicé mi camara CANON RP con un lente de 50mm y para el fondo utilicé una tela blanca, para la iluminacion utilicé dos puntos de luz, mi flash con un octabox de 50 cm y un panel led como luz secundaria detras del sujeto.
Yo lo estuve guiando durante estas poses para que el se sintiera comodo y fuera entrando en confianza.

For the first shots, we used headphones and a microphone to stay on theme.
Luego de hacer esas fotos el chico se fue a cambiar de camisa para empezar con las que le importaban mas, fotos como locutor de radio.
Para las primeras fotos utilizamos unos audifonos y un microfono para apegarnos a la tematica.
At this point, the guy was already feeling more comfortable and striking poses naturally on his own. He was really letting his personality shine through; he was very friendly!
We took more photos with just the headphones and lots of facial expressions!
En este punto el chico ya habia entrado en confianza y las poses las hacia el solo con mucha naturalidad, ya estaba dejando salir su personalidad, el chico era muy amigable!
Hicimos otras fotos solo con los audífonos y bastantes expresiones faciales!
To wrap up the session, we took some standing photos. The guy wanted his shirt and the radio station logo to be clearly visible in these shots.
Y para finalizar la sesion hicimos algunas fotos de pie, lo que el chico queria con estas fotos es que se pudiera leer su nombre en la camisa y el logo de la radio.
