We have winter... December started with snowfall and I really wanted to go for a walk to take some photos. However, there was no time. And now, when I have some free time, the thaw has begun, and instead of snow, it has been raining all the day. The weather is terrible but favorable for memories...
So let's go to the world of Dwarves.

У нас зима... Грудень почався снігопадами і я дуже хотіла прогулятись за зробити кілька фото. Проте не було часу. А тепер коли час з'явився, то почалась відлига і замість снігу на вул ці весь день дощ. Погода страшна. Зате сприятлива для спогадів...
Отже ходімо у світ... Гномів.
Caves are almost as beautiful as mountain tops. But every element of nature has its own beauty. Here is what is closer to someone's heart. In the underground realm, I feel both fear and admiration.
We are in the labyrinths of the Kryshtaleva (Crystal) cave in the Ternopil region. I wrote about my summer trip, but often I can't fit all the photos in one article. Even then, I thought, how would it all look in monochrome?

Печери — це майже так само прекрасно, як і вершини гір. Але кожна стихія природи має свою красу. Тут вже що кому ближче до душі. У підземному царстві я почуваю себе наче в дорогі матері землі. Я відчуваю і страх, і захоплення.
Ми з вами знаходимося у лабіринтах печери Кришталева на Тернопільщині. Я писала про свою літню подорож, але часто не можу вмістити в одну статтю усі фото. Ще тоді я задумалась, а як це все виглядатиме у монохромі?
Ще більш похмуро і загадково.
In this region there are more than 130 more or less explored karst caves. They arose at the bottom of the ancient sea 10 million years ago. Yes, it is difficult for me to imagine such numbers in my head, but sometimes it is better to trust scientists. The walls of the cave are made of plaster, and under the influence of time, moisture and wind, whole halls with incredible blocks hanging from above have formed here. And little crystals gradually grew on the walls. They go either on pieces of salt or on ice. Everything shines under the influence of light.
In fact, I personally would need an entire day just for this one cave!
У цьому регіоні понад 130 відкритих і більш менш досліджених печер. Вони виникли на дні старовинного моря 10 млн років тому. Так, мені важкувато в голові уявити такі цифри, але часом краще довіряти вченим. Стіни печери з гіпсу і під дією часу, вологи і вітру тут утворилися цілі зали з неймовірними брилами, що звисають зверху. А на стінах поступово виросли маленькі кристали. Вони сході або на шматки солі, або на лід. Під дією світла це все блистить.
Насправді мені особисто потрібно було б цілий день лише для цієї одної печери!

And this cave is only a small part of the underground world.
So interesting. In the summer, it was about 30° outside and 10-11° in the cave. So it seemed that it was cold there. Now, when it's cold outside, the cave is warm. Everything is known in comparison.

А ця печера лише маленька частинка підземного світу.
Так цікаво. Влітку було близько 30° на вулиці і 10-11° у печері. Отже здавалося, що там холодно. В тепер коли на вулиці мороз, то печера є теплою. Все пізнається в порівнянні.
