Through the Streets of My City
Walking through the quiet streets of the city of Caracas during the first days of January is undoubtedly a truly moving experience, because it is at this time of the year when we find a fairly quiet city, sometimes a little desolate and with a rhythm that seems to be growing as the days go by, that is, we face a reality where the typical stress of the capital is greatly reduced, which is a great contrast when we look at the dynamics experienced during the last three months of the previous year.

Por las Calles de Mi Ciudad
Caminar por las tranquilas calles de la ciudad de Caracas durante los primeros días del mes de enero es sin duda alguna una experiencia realmente conmovedora, pues es en esta fecha del año cuando nos encontramos con una urbe bastante tranquila, a veces un poco desolada y con un ritmo que pareciera ir creciendo a medida que pasan los días, es decir nos enfrentamos a una realidad en donde el estrés típico de la capital se ve reducido enormemente, lo cual es un gran contraste cuando observamos la dinámica vivida durante los últimos tres meses del año anterior.
Although I like dynamic, cheerful and lively cities, I recognize that it is also necessary to have a dose of tranquility and peace, since it is these moments of serenity that allow us to plan our future with greater clarity and at the same time give us the great opportunity to take a break which helps us to recover lost energy and at the same time fills us with courage to better face the difficulties and challenges of a year that is just beginning.
Si bien A mí me gustan las ciudades dinámicas, alegres y vivas Reconozco que también es necesario tener una dosis de tranquilidad y paz, ya que son estos momentos de serenidad los que nos permiten planificar nuestro futuro con mayor claridad y al mismo tiempo nos brindan la grandiosa oportunidad de tomarnos un descanso el cual nos ayude a recobrar las energías perdidas y al mismo tiempo nos llene de ánimos para enfrentar de mejor manera las dificultades y retos de un año que apenas comienza.
Walking through the city under the faint sun and the cold breeze of January is a real luxury, therefore, I take advantage of these quiet spaces to enjoy this opportunity to the fullest and at the same time always with my camera or phone in hand I seek to generate images that from my point of view seem interesting and at the same time allow to discover in them a story and a personality of their own, which will always be enhanced thanks to the magic of the monochrome, that is how today I give you this series of images captured all in the vicinity of downtown, an area that is characterized by having its own character and at the same time to give us the most interesting and bold architectural contrasts that we can find in the city.
Caminar por la ciudad bajo el tenue sol y la brisa fría de enero es un verdadero lujo, por lo tanto aprovecho estos espacios de tranquilidad para disfrutar al máximo de esta oportunidad y al mismo tiempo siempre con mi cámara o teléfono en mano busco generar imágenes que desde mi punto de vista parezcan interesantes y que al mismo tiempo permitan descubrir en ellas una historia y una personalidad propia, la cual siempre se verá acrecentada gracias a la magia de la monocromía, es así como el día de hoy Les regalo esta serie de imágenes capturadas todas en la adyacencias del centro de la ciudad, una zona que se caracteriza por tener un carácter propio y al mismo tiempo por regalarnos los contrastes arquitectónicos más interesantes y audaces que podamos encontrar en la ciudad.
