Hi friends, wherever you are, how are you and I hope you are all healthy, so tonight I want to show you some pictures of red insects or Pyrrhocoridae that I found a few days ago.
This insect has a very unique color shape for me because it can emit yellow stains that are very smelly if we touch it, it's no wonder if our bodies have the smell of sweat, the insects will slowly approach the cat until it climbs up our body.
Pyrrhocoridae insects or better known as red insects are often found in cotton plants or similar plants, these insects have a very red color and black color that colors the shape of the pattern on their body which is also very beautiful. This insect still has thousands of other species on this earth but for those like in my picture it is quite different because this insect is included in the category of pests for farmers even though it belongs to the category of pests but these insects do not eat plants like other pests, they just throw their feces on plants planted by farmers so that the plants die, even so the insects are still considered as pests because they can harm farmers.
These insects can be found in rice fields and in plantations for plants that are often infested with cotton, lemon, rice, oranges and cucumbers. This insect eats fruit but only eats the seeds unless the rotting fruit can be eaten by all of them. Some of the other species are predators, namely other insect predators, but in my area, this type is not often found, maybe it only lives in the deepest forests.

The characteristics of these insects are as follows:
- has a shape measuring about half an inch long
- head shape like a triangle
- has a red and black color
- has a pair of protruding eyeballs left and right
- has a pair of wings that are small and black
- has a pair of antennae
- has six legs of which four on the left and four on the right
