Monomad | Appreciate You as a Fighter, Lead Us to Light Brighter

This is my entry for the #monomad challenge hosted and curated by @monochromes

Hello #hive and #blackandwhite lovers..

How do you increase the productivity and happiness of the people you work with? One of the things that plays a vital role is positive attention from leadership. Attention can take many forms and can be manifested in many ways. An attitude you can adopt is to recognize, acknowledge, and appreciate your employees. This will ultimately generate their optimism and trust, and will, in turn, maintain a positive office atmosphere.

Anyone who works with you or for you needs recognition, and recognition will make them feel proud of what they do. This means that their performance has had a significant impact, so as a leader you need to care enough about it. It doesn't need to be long-winded, but even a brief thank you will motivate them to work better in the future. There are many ways to reach out to the people who work with you or work for you and show your appreciation for them.

"Don't forget, a person's greatest emotional need is to feel appreciated." - H. Jackson Brown Jr.

Appreciation is something that is given to an individual or group if they do something good, good progress and expertise in a particular field. One of the rewards we do today is to recognize people with these criteria in the form of certificates, gifts and public speeches. Really, given the importance of recognizing someone's hard work, craftsmanship, time, effort for you and you do something to acknowledge their efforts, it shows that you appreciate and understand that they are very valuable.

On the other hand, rewarding them means that as a leader you have made a valuable investment. You don't have to feel like you're losing out on your rewards. You don't have to demand immediate results in a short period of time but look at the long term. When you, as a leader, are sincere about your job, you will still see your people sitting in their chairs, doing their jobs very well. Even in difficult circumstances, it is possible. They will feel at home for dozens or even decades to come.

***Look at some of the photos in this post. Look at their excitement, look at their enthusiasm, and the smiles of pride on their faces. Does it look forced? Is it a setup? Or can you see how sincere they are about it all? What you see doesn't necessarily look the same to me right now. I'm honored to be with them today because of that sincerity. ***

Right now, the people in this photo are upset about their existence due to government regulations. This is because they will be re-selected via a test based on their academic ability. Even though they have worked for decades, they have yet to be recognized by the government. Even so, the award this time around is very motivating for them to prepare for the test.

"Appreciation can make a day, even change a life. Your willingness to put it into words is all that is necessary." - Margaret Cousins.

In general, appreciation is very significant and greatly affects a person's performance, and can encourage a person to do maximum work. Eliminating it is tantamount to disharmonizing and creating boredom at work. We will even try to justify ourselves through self-appreciation by taking a short break. Believing that taking a break is the right thing to do is a form of appreciation because we believe what we do is optimal. The same holds true for others. Right?

What we do today indirectly involves correcting and evaluating others who have not been able to present positive results. This is so that they may be motivated to do so in the future. This is because the recognition we give is a positive award that can be given to a team or individual based on the success of the task at hand.

Essentially, what we are giving today is a small gift of a watch and a certificate of recognition for what they do. Not on the material value, but the attitude and care brought a sincere smile to their faces. Appreciation is a very meaningful feeling because what we do today will make them happy and indeed improve the quality of our relationship.

In conclusion, appreciation involves a process of assessment, observation, and action in order to improve the value of something. However, besides that, appreciation is also a means of conveying appreciation for the results of other people's efforts or works. It becomes a medium to improve and develop one's abilities in various ways. From this it can foster a sense of empathy, a sense of love for one's work. Thank you Fighter...!!
