So the person who's reflection you see in the window was also riding a bike, was trying to set up a shot where you had a mismatch between the cyclist you could see and the reflection in the window but things went awry. Never was able to figure out what they were looking at or what exactly happened but I liked the result anyway.
Right! I think that's part of the fun of street photography, the more you look the more questions you have :D
