Walking through the fields, I came across a group of beehives (I'm not a fan of buzzers) so I wondered if I should approach them at all.
Curiosity tickled me to see if there was anything.
Unfortunately, a not-so-pleasant surprise awaited me, apiary was empty.
Just the construction of empty boxes, a place where bees drank water and muffled silence without buzzing.
Like a battlefield without survivors.
I'm not sure why the owner gave them up, considering that they are in a field surrounded by various wildflowers, and in the spring by acacia.
I thought this one might be alive, by the way, it stands near the entrance to the hive.
But I was wrong, she just froze there, leaving the impression that she was on the move.
It looks like the project failed, was abandoned, and was forgotten.
And maybe in the spring, everything will come to life and buzz around again.
Thank you @monochromes, this is my entry for the #monomad challenge, and thank you all for your time and interest in what I do 🙌
