We could literally run a hive wallet with key inside a telos smart contract and use it as a bot that manages curation and connects posts with actions and triggers and oracles, allowing certain hive posts certified by someone to actually TRIGGER an oracle set up to use YOU as a WITNESS for a REAL WORLD EVENT ...
This is how an EdenOS style chain from @dan larimer can WORK on Hive, using telos eosio hovering over each post and allowing a smart contract to allow for human witness identity verification by upvoting images of users, or immutable NFTs on hive that we can allow peopel to upload for free and post as IDENTITY NFTs and allow people to get Upvoted for that, by a chain of users who will recieve curation for upvoting you and verifying you etc. UBI via login verification.
