My Life Update: “I Bought School Supplies”

Today was a delightful day with my Sister Shane. My sister and I embarked on a journey to Shudad to take care of important tasks such as paying for our car and purchasing school supplies for my niece, nephew, and myself. With school set to commence on July 29 and the current date being July 21, the swift passage of time is evident. It is somewhat disconcerting how quickly time seems to fly by in today's world, although I believe that the perception of time is different for each individual/Human being. Returning to our day out, our first stop was at the bank to settle the car payment, where we were issued numbers and patiently waited for our turn for approximately thirty minutes. However, realizing that our turn was still a long way off, my sister and I made the decision to explore nearby stores to buy the required school supplies before returning to the bank.

When my sister and I got to the store, it immediately caught our eyes, as we were greeted by a wide array of cute school supplies.

I had the urge to buy everything because of their good quality products that looked exquisite , and I wanted for my school supplies to not only be clean, but cute and organized for the new school year. But sadly, I couldn’t afford everything, so I chose cheaper options to stay within the budget, even though they weren’t as eye catching. While deciding on what to choose as my official purchase for school supplies, I made a conscious effort to also search for suitable notebooks for my nephew and niece in accordance with their respective grades. Memories of my own school days resurfaced as I recalled the specific type of notebook I used during my time in the same grade as them.

As we finished purchasing the school supplies we bought, we made our way back to the bank, unaware of the time we had spent selecting the items at the store…. It came to our attention that our number had already been called while we were occupied with the school supplies. Regrettably, being absent when called, I asked my sister if we could explain our situation to them but my sister said we are unable to inform the bank tellers or bank officials about our situation because its not allowed. Consequently, my sister made the decision to obtain a new number by going to the tap machine and patiently await our turn once more. Enduring over an hour of waiting, we grew somewhat restless; however, our perseverance paid off as our number was eventually summoned or called. Then lastly we finally bought foods for our lunch and go home.
