Exactly 7 In the morning when we started to gathering around the place were we going to held the activities. Once again, I also part of the activities to do documentary about the said coastal cleaning drive. First, we went to the place full of trash or garbages brought by the waves, this is always happen when their is a big waves splashing to the shoreline. We noticed this pile of branches and other kinds of garbage in the shore and the Clean and Green group started to removed the branches.
It was very busy day for them by cleaning up the place, and this is also perfect to show how we take care of our surroundings. Some of the teens decided to pick more trash here in this place near at the public beach resort. They separated the plastics, branches, bottles and other kinds of garbage so that it can be recycled. I was very amazed of them because of being united to do their tasks today and they really show the love for the environment and to the Nature.
It was very windy and sunny day during the activities that is perfect for them so that they can avoid heat comes from the sun. They are also enjoyed of what they are doing. According to them, this is what they always do and all of them wants to do the same, that is why they make a group to help the environment.
Next, they proceed in this place where many small boats are being placed. There are lots of plastic garbage can be found and some of it are floating away in the sea water. This is very important so that it can maintain the cleanliness and the place will become popular. Many people or tourist will love to visit of this place will be clean. There are lots of recycled materials can be make and according to their leader, this will be use in seedlings porpuses.
The branches and woods is also pick for a porpuses also just like cooking for foods. There are lots of branches can be seen here and they decided to put it in the sack. Some of the residents here also searching more branches for firewoods and as for that, they decided to give it to them.
The sacks they brought is full of trash and we are very lucky because the garbage collector also their garbage truck was also there. It is very easy to load in the truck and get the other garbage that left in the place. 1 PM when the activities was done, the residents of the place including the Barangay officials are very thankful of the good deeds they give to help maintaining the cleanliness of the place.
Having this kind of activities is very fun and enjoyable, we can help the Nature. This is good initiative of their leader because they can also learn the importance of having a clean and beautiful place. It can make the place to become popular and many people would love to visit anytime.
