Roti at Indian shop

Indian food - Food represents the culture of different countries. Brunei is well known for some of the strictest cleanliness rules. The restaurants here are clean. Immaculate. I usually love eating at an Indian restaurant in Brunei.

We are going to an area of Brunei called the Tutong area. This area is about an hour from the main city area of Brunei.

Roti with egg

Wheat dough knead into flattening roti. Then grillen. You got a crispy roti with a perfectly fried egg. This egg is perfect. ROund.

Brunei - A peaceful country. Very peaceful.

Al Malabar Restaurant

This is a famous Indian restaurant in Brunei and quite several branches. They have delicious roti here.

Indian restaurant

Some of the food inside the display food warmer. Curry is one of the foods I would eat at an Indian restaurant. So I ordered a roti with an egg on top.

Coffee with milk. A good cup of coffee is always thick in texture—the color of the coffee.

My wife waiting for the food. The waiting part is quite exciting.

The lighting inside the restaurant is slightly on the warm side. The restaurant is clean. Clean.

Some of the other food on the menu to choose from.

Chicken Briyani, Mutton Briyani. Briyani rice is different from normal rice as it is slightly longer than normal rice.

Roti with egg

The portion here is big. Quite generous of the chef. Crispy. The fried egg at the top of the roti complements the taste of the roti. The food here is also quite made well.

Thank you very much for reading this post. Have a great day.
