The impossible diet plan

As I was going through a very serious "trying" to lose weight program, I need to cut down my calories intake to 1400kcal now. The only problem is, ASEAN countries tend to server rice, even if not rice, will be staple food.

Breakfast was actually a meal replacement powder drink, which I'm not exactly enjoy. It's very powdery even using a shaker cup to shake it for 5 minutes, some of the thicker particle will still be there unable to disolve. I had my branch instaed. A piece of curry fish, a piece of rendang chicken, a portion of cabbage and a relatively small portion, size of my fist of white rice. The rice cracker came complement with the rice, I should have avoided that, but I didn't. So, instead of 500kcal for a meal, it's now 600 I believe. The cup of tea has no sugar, so it's a plus point for me.

Me and my colleague were having an appointment to meet up with a valuable client, decided to go to Uncle Don's. They have beer, so the client should be happy. As the corporate old saying goes, keep the client drunk, and keep your business grow. But then, I just don't feel like drinking anymore, especially since I've stopped smoking more 20 months now. To me, beer and cigarettes is like a package. Left hand smoke, right hand drink, or the other way round doesn't matter. Nevertheless, I made the same mistake again by ordering a non-alcohol soda cocktail. I just cannot imagine how much sugar from those purple color syrup contributed to this drink.

After some chatter, and we're supposed to order some simple food or finger food just get it pass, but then things gotten way more serious. Spicy chicken wing, and came 2 plates! And a huge portion of nachos with cheese dip. Speaking of cheese, isn't it funny people wanted low fat milk, and yet where's the milk fat gone? So I guess I've already blown my budget(calories count budgetting) by 2 folds.

And this was supposed to be the original dinner for me. Home minister prep me some meat, and French bean. Imagine, without the soda drink, the chicken wings, and the huge plate of nachos and cheese, I think I'm on the right track already. Provided if I follow the plan. LOL
