No vayan a pensar que me equivoqué de comunidad,🤭 paso por aquí, para compartir mi mirada acerca de las características de los emprendedores,la gatica Chivi era una gran experta en este tema.
😻¿Quién es Chivi?😻
Hace 24 días una gatica hermosa llamada Chivi pasó a otro plano. Tenía 18 años,¡una abuelita linda!, falleció de viejita,recibió y dió mucho amor, creo que sacó 20 puntos en la boleta, porque cumplió con su propósito.
Hoy la he estado recordando mucho, de hecho me inspiró para escribir este post.
Llegó a mi vida hace casi 3 años.Para mi sorpresa terminé amándola.
Jamás pensé que ese vínculo nacería, porque mis creencias heredadas me dictaban que los gatos eran diabólicos,que eran traicioneros,que nos robaban el aliento a los humanos,que si me descuidaba me podía arañar cerca de la yugular, y muchas más afirmaciones sin fundamento.
Les confieso,yo regalé una gata 🙈 que me obsequió una gran amiga el día de mi cumpleaños #35. No me adapté a ella,no sabía lidiar con sus hábitos, realmente fué un regalo incómdo y no supe cómo decirle a mi amiga: No gracias!.🙏

Un montón de años después,justo empezando la pandemia,en mi vida hubo varios cambios inexperados y positivos; entre esos cambios contabilizo el aceptar encargarme junto con mi amor del cuidado diario de 2 gatas, ya que su dueña quien es nuestra amiga,se iba de viaje.
Aquí comparto 4 legados de Chivi, mi maestra especial de emprendimiento.
Cultivar las relaciones😼😼😼😼
Chivi no me amó desde el principio, ni yo a ella tampoco, además que me contaban que era arisca, me miraba feo y yo moría de miedo, me predisponía más de lo que ya estaba; pues aquí mi primer aprendizaje con ella: las relaciones entre socios y clientes hay que cultivarlas con paciencia y aceptación del otro. No todos nuestros clientes nos van amar desde el principio, el buen trato, la atención y dedicación forman parte de esa conquista que hará extensa su permanencia recibiendo nuestro servicio.
La curiosidad mató al gato😼😼😼

Mi Chivita bella no podía ver un objeto nuevo en la casa porque comenzaba a curiosear, así tuviese que caerse de la mesa, resbalarse de un mueble mientras estaba averiguando de que se trataba esa novedad a su alrededor.
Los emprendedores en los que me he inspirado en algún momento, tienen esa característica,se mantienen atentos,informados,actualizados ante lo que ocurre a su alrededor,con ojos pelaos, buscando oportunidades para crecer y aprender.
Sentidos despiertos😼😼😼
Chivita olía a metros de distancia algún alimento de su preferencia, si freíamos pescado, o si abriamos una lata de lo que fuese ella llegaba cual comando sorpresa,hacía lo posible para lograr cubrir su necesidad.Ni les cuento cuando abríamos la nevera, ese sonido particular lo detectaba y salía corriendo , casi que llegaba primero que nosotros🤭.
Los emprendedores podemos desarrollar esa capacidad de escucha activa, para así entender y atender nuestros propios requisitos,escuchar las oportunidades que nos rodean en busca de cuidar y favorecer nuestro objetivo.
Ella era muy Ella😼😼😼
Mi Chivi era única e irrepetible, no se parecía a mi otra bella gata que se llama Bandida.Su manera de expresarse y de ser la hacía diferente:
Era un poco odiosa y dulce a la vez,tranquila,super empática y conectada con mis emociones,me recibía en la puerta al llegar de la calle como hacen los perros, era parlanchina,yo vivía hablándole y ella siempre me contestaba con diferentes maullidos.Nos esperaba todas las mañanas en la puerta de la habitación,regalándonos su caricias y lamiditas dulces a nuestros pies.
Solidaria con Bandida,la defendía y protegía como si fuese su hija.
Mi Bandi es totalmente opuesta y eso no le resta originalidad ni bellaza.
Para nosotros los emprendedores es importantísimo saber definir la identidad de nuestra marca, estar claros en lo que nos hace únicos,reconocer y desarrollar el valor agregado que nos distingue,esto nos ayudará a sobresalir y ser recordados por esas particularidades.
Dicen que los gatos tienen muchas vidas, tal vez es así,Chivi cuando era joven,se cayó de un séptimo piso y quedó vivita y coleando,eso me lo contó su dueña.Lo puedo relacionar con la capacidad de resiliencia que podemos desarrollar los emprendedores.
Chivi me enseñó muchas mas lecciones, en otro momento te las compartiré😊

😻Who is Chivi?😻
24 days ago a beautiful kitty named Chivi passed to another plane. She was 18 years old, my beautiful grandmother, she passed away in her old age, she received and gave a lot of love, I think she got 20 on the ballot because she fulfilled her purpose.
I have been remembering her a lot today, in fact she inspired me to write this post.
She came into my life almost 3 years ago, to my surprise I ended up loving her.
I never thought that would happen, because my inherited beliefs dictated to me that cats were evil, that they were treacherous, that they stole our breath, and that if I was careless they could scratch me near the jugular.
In fact I gave a cat as a gift from a great friend on my 35th birthday. I did not adapt to her, I did not know how to deal with her habits, it was really an uncomfortable gift and I did not know how to tell my friend: No thanks!
A lot of years later, just starting the pandemic, in my life there were several inexperienced and positive changes; among those changes I count accepting to take care with my partner of 2 cats whose owner, who is our friend, was leaving the country for inexperienced time.
Here I share 3 legacies of Chivi, my special teacher of entrepreneurship.
Cultivate relationships😼😼😼
Chivi did not love me from the beginning, nor did I love her, besides I was told that she was arizca, she looked at me ugly and I was scared to death, she predisposed me more than I already was; well here is my first learning with her: relationships between partners must be cultivated with patience and acceptance of the other. Not all our clients will love us from the beginning, good treatment, attention and dedication are part of that conquest that will extend their permanence receiving our service.
Curiosity killed the cat
So says a popular saying. And my beautiful Chivita could not see a new object in the house because she began to be curious even if she had to fall off the table, slip off a piece of furniture while she was finding out what the novelty around her was about.
The entrepreneurs I have been inspired by at some point, have this characteristic, they are attentive, informed, updated to what is happening around them, with eyes wide open looking for opportunities to grow and learn.

Chivita would smell from meters away some food of her preference, if we fried fish, or if we opened a can of whatever it was, she would arrive as a surprise command and would do whatever she could to cover her need. Not to mention when we opened the refrigerator, she would detect that particular sound and run out, even arriving before us.
We entrepreneurs can develop the capacity of active listening, in order to understand our own decisions, to listen to the opportunities that surround us and favor or not our objective.

My Chivi was unique and unrepeatable, she did not look like my other beautiful cat called Bandida.Her way of expressing herself and being was different:
She was a little surly,sweet,calm,super empathetic and connected with my emotions,she welcomed me at the door when I came from the street as dogs do,she was talkative,I lived talking to her and she always answered me with different meows.
She was waiting for us every morning at the door of the room, giving us her caresses and licking her feet. She was very supportive with the other cat, she defended her as if she was her mother.My Bandi is totally the opposite and she is still beautiful.
For us entrepreneurs it is very important to know how to define our brand identity,to be clear about why we are unique,to recognize and develop the added value that distinguishes us,this will help us to stand out.
They say that cats have many lives, maybe so, Chivi when he was young, fell from a seventh floor and was alive and kicking, that's what his owner told me. In any case, I can relate it to the capacity of resilience that entrepreneurs can develop.
Chivi taught me many more lessons, some other time I will share them with you😊.
