Todos tenemos la posibilidad de ser emprendedores en nuestras vidas, emprender una carrera, un nuevo viaje, un nuevo estilo de vida, porque el concepto de emprender es ese, empezar hacer algo que nos motive y que trabajemos por lograr un objetivo o un propósito. Podemos ser emprendedores independientes o en una empresa, si identificamos las oportunidades y trabajamos por ellas para lograr cambios e innovaciones, de allí una cantidad de cualidades y habilidades que son fundamentales para lograrlo y que podemos traerlas innatas o podemos aprenderlas.
Yo considero que tengo un espíritu emprendedor por mi actitud, veo y entiendo que la vida nos da oportunidades, siempre estoy buscando hacer cosas nuevas, doy ideas y me involucro en actividades que me generen ese resultado que deseo. Pero… un Emprendedor que desee poner en práctica un Emprendimiento como negocio o a nivel social, no solo tiene ese espíritu para hacer las cosas, sino que también tiene que ver esa oportunidad, tiene que ser perseverante, creativo e innovador, que te apasione lo que haces y creas en ello, cuando emprendemos somos los conocedores de nuestro producto y sabemos de él, pero también es importante tener conocimiento, estudio, una preparación y trabajar de la mano del Marketing que tienes que aplicar para tu negocio, y si no sabes del tema puedes también buscar una asesoría para que puedas entrar a competir en el mercado. Muchos emprendimientos no llegan a los tres años porque no aplican una buena estrategia de mercados, y les pasa los que a muchos emprendedores que se dejan llevar solo por la emoción.
He escuchado de sueños, deseos, he visto personas con talento que no arrancan porque no saben cómo y esa es una decisión personal. Yo veo esas oportunidades de negocio y les hago mis sugerencias e incluso me he involucrado en emprendimientos, aunque no son míos, me han pedido que los acompañe, en otros casos solo se quedan en esa ilusión sin ponerle acción.
We all have the possibility to be entrepreneurs in our lives, to start a career, a new journey, a new lifestyle, because the concept of entrepreneurship is that, to start doing something that motivates us and that we work to achieve a goal or a purpose. We can be independent entrepreneurs or in a company, if we identify opportunities and work for them to achieve changes and innovations, hence a number of qualities and skills that are essential to achieve it and we can bring them innate or we can learn them.
I consider that I have an entrepreneurial spirit because of my attitude, I see and understand that life gives us opportunities, I am always looking for new things to do, I give ideas and I get involved in activities that generate the results I want. But ... an Entrepreneur who wants to implement an Entrepreneurship as a business or social level, not only has that spirit to do things but also has to see that opportunity, you have to be persevering, creative and innovative, that you are passionate about what you do and believe in it, when we undertake we are the connoisseurs of our product and know about it, but it is also important to have knowledge, study, preparation and work hand in hand with the Marketing that you have to apply to your business, and if you do not know the subject you can also seek advice so you can enter to compete in the market. Many ventures do not reach the three years because they do not apply a good market strategy, and it happens to them what happens to many entrepreneurs who are carried away only by emotion.
I have heard of dreams, desires, I have seen talented people who do not start because they do not know how and that is a personal decision. I see those business opportunities and I make my suggestions and I have even been involved in ventures, although they are not mine, they have asked me to accompany them, in other cases they just stay in that illusion without putting action.

Les cuento que este tema me apasiona, sin embargo no he emprendido nada todavía, y esto se debe a un proceso personal del cual estoy transitando hace algunos años. En el año 2019 comenzó mi interés por el emprendimiento, de hecho sin buscarlo me llego la oportunidad de aprender y prepararme del tema sin tener ni siquiera la idea de algún emprendimiento... pero me pareció en un buen momento, así que me dispuse a ser parte de ese programa. En el camino fueron surgiendo ideas y con mis compañeros aprendí mucho, emprendedores que ya tenían su producto en el mercado y como esos procesos ya estaban encaminados fue maravilloso.
Sin embargo, aún no tenía nada definitivo, solo sabía que mi inclinación no era a un producto físico sino a un servicio, pero… ¿qué servicio? No quería seguir haciendo lo que haacia en años anteriores o de lo que me había formado profesionalmente. Un día en clase, una de las profesoras me pregunto si sabía cuál sería mi emprendimiento y mi respuesta fue… Aún no. Entonces me dijo: “¿qué te apasiona?“ y yo le dije la Biodanza, ella me dijo bueno de eso crea tu emprendimiento.
Wow! Para ese entonces era una estudiante del sistema Biodanza y todavía me faltaba mucho por aprender, sin embargo trabaje con esa idea. Mi amiga @rosahidalgo y yo que siempre estamos buscando nuevas formas de hacer cosas y reinventarnos cada día, comenzamos a darle vuelta al asunto pero claro… hacer un emprendimiento es cosa seria.
I tell you that I am passionate about this topic, however I have not started anything yet, and this is due to a personal process that I have been going through for some years. In the year 2019 began my interest in entrepreneurship, in fact without looking for it I got the opportunity to learn and prepare myself on the subject without even having the idea of any entrepreneurship, but it seemed like a good time, so I decided to be part of that program. Along the way, ideas came up and I also learned a lot with my classmates, entrepreneurs who already had their product in the market and as those processes were already underway it was wonderful.
However, I still had nothing definite, I just knew that my inclination was not to a physical product but to a service, but... what service? I did not want to continue doing what I had been doing in previous years or what I had been professionally trained in. In one of the classes one of the teachers asked me if I knew what my venture would be and my answer was... Not yet. Then she asked me: "what are you passionate about?" and I told her Biodanza, she told me well that's how you create your enterprise.
Wow! At that time I was a student of the Biodanza system and I still had a lot to learn, however I worked with that idea. My friend @rosahidalgo and I who are always looking for new ways to do things and reinvent ourselves every day, started to turn the matter around but of course... making a business is serious business.
Ella estaba también en una formación de coach y tenía que ver con emprendimiento, así que le conté lo que estaba pasando y la idea de hacer un emprendimiento con la Biodanza,eso la emocionó y comenzamos a trabajar con todo lo que estábamos aprendiendo y aplicamos todas esas herramientas.
She was also in a coach training and it had to do with entrepreneurship, so I told her what was happening and the idea of doing an entrepreneurship with Biodanza, which excited her and we started working with everything we were learning and we applied all those tools.
Esto solo se quedó en el papel… porque nos dimos cuenta que no solo las ganas y el conocimiento era suficiente, teníamos que salir y conocer más el mercado... y más del sistema. Un sistema poco conocido donde la estrategia era dar a conocer el producto. Luego, nos llegó otra oportunidad de seguir indagando en nuestro proyecto, nos sumamos a la idea de los compañeros de formación cuando organizaron eventos para recaudar fondos, eso nos dio la información para conocer que decían las personas y como tomaban ese tipo de actividades.
Ya un año en esto y cuando nos disponíamos a comenzar, llego la pandemia y nuestro proyecto se quedó paralizado por todo este tiempo. Pero… lo hemos aprovechado para culminar la formación de Biodanza, seguir investigando del mercado actual, tener más libertad de acción y darnos cuentas de los errores para cambiar de estrategia y mejorar nuestra propuesta.
This only remained on paper... because we realized that not only the desire and knowledge was enough, we had to go out and learn more about the market... and more about the system. A little known system where the strategy was to make the product known. Then, we had another opportunity to continue investigating our project, we joined the idea of our training partners when they organized events to raise funds, that gave us the information to know what people said and how they took that kind of activities.
Already a year in this and when we were about to start, the pandemic arrived and our project was paralyzed for all this time, but ... we have taken advantage of this time to complete the training of Biodanza, continue investigating the current market, have more freedom of action and realize our mistakes to change our strategy and improve our proposal.
Actualmente, se ha presentado una nueva oportunidad donde me han hecho la propuesta de participar en un emprendimiento que tiene que ver con lo que inicialmente estaba ideando. Aun no se ha definido esta posibilidad, pero de participar estoy dispuesta a dar lo mejor de mí para aportar y seguir aprendiendo.
Mi motivación es hacer un Emprendimiento Social, que no es igual que un Emprendimiento de negocio aun cuando también se puede generar algún tipo de ingreso, la mayor ganancia es ese impacto social o ambiental sin dejar a un lado el beneficio económico para la sostenibilidad del proyecto. De hecho de la EECH (Escuela de Emprendedores de Chacao) me postulo para hacer un taller que tiene que ver con esos Emprendimientos Sociales el cual me pareció súper enriquecedor y motivador, después les comparto mis experiencias de ese taller.
Así que como tengo de nuevo la disposición, el universo me está abriendo los caminos para que retome ese proyecto.
Currently, a new opportunity has arisen where I have been proposed to participate in a venture that has to do with what I was initially devising. This possibility has not yet been defined, but if I participate I am willing to give the best of me to contribute and continue learning.
My motivation is to make a Social Entrepreneurship, which is not the same as a business venture even though it can also generate some kind of income, the greatest gain is that social or environmental impact without leaving aside the economic benefit for the sustainability of the project. In fact the EECH (School of Entrepreneurship of Chacao) I applied to do a workshop that has to do with these Social Entrepreneurship which I found super enriching and motivating, then I will share my experiences of that workshop.
So, since I have the disposition again, the universe is opening the way for me to resume this project.
Cuando descubrimos ese espíritu emprendedor en cualquier circunstancia de nuestras vidas vemos esas posibilidades de hacer o poner en práctica un negocio, un proyecto, innovar, descubrir y la creatividad aflora. Todos tenemos la posibilidad de ser emprendedores porque siempre hay algo que hacer, la diferencia es la actitud, la pasión y la energía para ponerlo en práctica ah… y el creer en lo que se está haciendo.
Si tenemos esa disposición, las oportunidades van llegando, las personas se acercan, la escucha se agudiza para saber que necesidades porque siempre las nuevas posibilidades están esperando para que esa fuerza emprendedora, esa energía, ese impulso le de vida a esa creación.
When we discover that entrepreneurial spirit in any circumstance of our lives we see those possibilities of doing or implementing a business, a project, innovate, discover and creativity flourishes. We all have the possibility of being entrepreneurs because there is always something to do, the difference is the attitude, passion and energy to put it into practice ... and believing in what you are doing.
If we have that disposition, opportunities will come, people will approach us, we will listen to what they need, because new possibilities are always waiting for that entrepreneurial force, that energy, that impulse to give life to that creation.
