Hoy os traigo una historia increíble de un nuevo viaje con fotos que está trayendo alegría a lo grande. Creo que esto será una gran motivación para usted que tiene miedo de empezar, o tal vez se han negado a empezar de nuevo.
En el campo de la iniciativa empresarial o digamos el mundo de los negocios, incluso en el desarrollo de la vida personal, es posible que en un momento u otro te hayas encontrado con la palabra, tal vez un mantra común; «Empieza pequeño pero crece grande». Es una palabra simple pero una de las más poderosas que he escuchado, en ella se encuentran los principios fundamentales de un gran éxito, por más que lo quieras en grande, debes empezar en pequeño y luego comenzar a escalar poco a poco, hasta llegar a la altura deseada.
Empezar en pequeño
Hay poder en empezar pequeño, mi mentor me dijo una vez cuando me asusté de la altura a la que algunas personas han llegado y me dijo que nunca debería sentirme intimidado por el crecimiento de nadie en la vida sino estar motivado por ello. Me dijo que no debería ser porque algunas personas han llegado tan lejos en la vida o portador no significa que no se reunirá con ellos en la parte superior, Él me dijo que empezar a construir, seguir construyendo, permanecer constante en la construcción.
Sin embargo, la realidad es que todas las empresas exitosas comienzan con humildes y pequeños comienzos, todo comienza con una idea en la mente, a medida que la meditas, la imagen comienza a ser más clara y más grande, dime que sabes hoy que es algo grande, Amazon, me han hecho entender que comenzó en un pequeño garaje, es posible que haya oído hablar de Starbucks, comenzó como una sola pequeña cafetería, donde creo que muchos se rieron de ella cuando comenzó, ¿es Apple de la que quieres hablar, nació en una pequeña habitación libre en una pequeña casa. Sé que conoces los nombres antes mencionados, no fue una vez o un día o incluso un logro de la noche a la mañana, pero han crecido en lo que hoy conocemos incrementalmente con el tiempo.
Si quieres empezar a lo grande, nunca pondrás a prueba tus pequeñas ideas, no cometerás pequeños errores y no te corregirás para perfeccionar tus estrategias sin tener grandes pérdidas. No puedo dejar de mencionar que empezar pequeño es una de las claves para sentar bases sólidas, da una experiencia increíble y valiosa, como mencioné en mi post anterior que desarrollará la resiliencia que impulsará un éxito a largo plazo.
Sé intencional con el proceso:
El proceso en cualquier emprendimiento es muy crucial, especialmente cuando tiene que ver con pasar de un nivel de menor deseabilidad a uno más alto, mi amigo siempre decía que no es un proceso lineal, estoy totalmente de acuerdo con él, son los pasos que empiezas a dar pequeños pero consistentes, te aseguras de que haya una pequeña mejora incremental notable, si no eres intencional con el proceso, no notarás el pequeño incremento, si no lo ves, nunca lo apreciarás ni lo celebrarás.
Puedes ver aquí que tu estilo de vida cuidadoso e intencional jugará un papel vital a medida que te involucras en el proceso, tal vez esto lo hará mucho mejor, la satisfacción de tus clientes debe ser tu principal prioridad que los cientos que estás apuntando, es más como desarrollar un hábito, comenzarás comprometiendo un poco de tiempo para ello, de minutos a horas, luego días y meses, te mantienes consistente a medida que escalas. Es imposible imaginar el impulso que generarán las pequeñas victorias constantes y la confianza que se gana a medida que se progresa.
Sé paciente y perseverante
Empezar pequeño es solo el principio, crecer a la altura deseada es un proceso que requerirá paciencia y de nuevo ser persistente. En este punto debes entender que el éxito es un viaje interesante, si estabas pensando que es un destino, por favor despierta, mantente despierto, hay muchos elementos que encontrarás a lo largo de la parte del camino, y por favor no esperes que el viaje termine, acabas de empezar, por lo que todavía hay más kilómetros por recorrer, así que sé paciente y mantente despierto, permanecer despierto te ayudará a reconocer las oportunidades ocultas en los contratiempos y aprenderás a crecer con ellos. Recuerda que la razón por la que debes permanecer despierto es para centrarte en tu visión, incluso cuando tu progreso parezca lento.

Today I bring you an amazing story of a new journey with pictures that is bringing joy in a big way. I believe this will be a great motivation to you who is afraid of starting, or maybe have refused to start again.
In the field of entrepreneurship or say the business world, even in personal life development, you may have at one time or the other come across the word, maybe a common mantra; "Start small but grow big." It’s a simple word but one of the most powerful word I have heard, in it is the fundamental principles of great success, however you want it big, you must start small then begin to scale up bit by b it, until the desired height is attended.
Start Small
There is power in starting small, my mentor once told me when I became afraid of the height some persons have attended and He told that I should never be intimidated by anybody’s growth in life but rather be motivated by it. He told me that should not be because some persons have gone that far in life or carrier does not mean you will not meet with them at the top, He told me start building, continue building, stay consistent in building.
However, the reality is that all successful ventures begin with humble and small beginnings, it all start with an idea in the mind, as you brood on it, the picture begins to be clearer and bigger, tell me what you know today that is a big deal, Amazon, am made to understand that it started in one small garage, you may have heard about Starbucks, it started as a single small coffee shop, were I believe many laughed at it when it started, is it Apple that you want to talk about, it was birthed in a small spare room in a small home. I know you know about the above mentioned names, it was not a one time or one day or even an overnight achievement but have grown into what we know today incrementally over time.
If you want to start big, you will never test those your small ideas, you will not make small mistakes and correct yourself so as to refine your strategies without having great losses. I can’t stop but mention that small starting is one of the key to laying solid foundations, it gives amazing and valuable experience, as I mentioned in my previous post that will develop resilience that will drive a long term success.
Be intentional about the process:
Process in any endeavor is very crucial, especially when it has to do with moving from a level of a lower desirability to a higher one, my friend would always say that it is not a linear process, I quiet agree with him, it is the steps you staring take small but yet consistent, you make sure that there is a small noticeable incremental improvement, if you are not intentional about the process, you will not notice the small increment, if you don’t see it, you will never appreciate nor celebrate it.
You can see here that you’re careful and intentional life style will play a vital role as you engage the process, maybe this will do much better, your customers satisfaction should be your top priority than the hundreds you are aiming, it’s more like developing a habit, you will start by committing a little time to it, from minutes to hours then days and month, you stay consistent as you scale up. You cannot tell the momentum the little consistent wins will build and the confidence you gain as you make progress.
Be Patience and Persistence
Starting small is only a beginning, growing into desired height is a process that will require patience and again be persistence. You must at this point understand that success is an interesting journey, if you were thinking that it is a destination, please wake up, stay awake, there are many elements that you will encounter along the part way, and please don’t expect the journey to end, you have just started, so there is still more miles to be covered, so be patient and stay awake, you’re staying awake will help you recognize the opportunities hidden in setbacks and will learn to grow with them. Remember the reason why you must stay awake is to be focus on your vision even when your progress appears to be slow.
I will borrow the words of “Robert Collier”, #mondaymotivations "Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out." Never be afraid of starting, start small, be intentionally committed and see s=how your little effort will bring you so much and helping you break new grounds while you achieve your desired goals.
I know you will love to be fast, as you arrive your destination, we live in a world were speed is prioritized, the digital and the jet age, were everything is needed at the slip of our fingers, please I will say as I retire in this article that you please delay instant gratification, remember that patient will help you generate experience, your experience will give birth to hope and hope will build confidence that will generate the resilience to stay through, even in adversity.
