Buenos días desde aquí, me alegro de encontrarme con ustedes de nuevo, todavía quiero explorar el tema de la experiencia en el ámbito de la iniciativa empresarial, pero más aún en este artículo tratará de mirar críticamente sobre cómo podemos construir o desarrollar esta experiencia empresarial. Haré bien en hacer más hincapié en cómo desarrollar la experiencia.
La experiencia no tiene que ser positiva o negativa solamente, sino ambas, las dos vienen a construirnos, así que si te concentras en lo negativo, a su debido tiempo llorarás sin mezquindad, yo sí creo que aprovecharás al máximo esta oportunidad de manera efectiva, mientras nos adentramos en los detalles.
Prácticas y aprendizaje:
Esto puede ser una tarea muy difícil de llevar a cabo para algunas personas, pero desde mi punto de vista, es una necesidad. Mi vida es producto de este modelo. La experiencia empresarial se puede maximizar de forma efectiva mediante la participación en prácticas y aprendizajes, aunque para una persona perezosa esto sea una locura, su participación en prácticas le proporcionará una exposición práctica y real de un valor incalculable que le motivará como empresario.
Cuando terminé mi licenciatura en Ingeniería, necesitaba tener alguna experiencia misionera en el campus, pero no tenía dinero para obtener la formación, así que decidí ofrecerme como voluntario para una plataforma misionera que conocía por aquel entonces en el campus, esa oportunidad me ofreció experiencias al interactuar con compañeros más experimentados, formados y profesionales en el campo,
Me acerqué a personas con más experiencia sobre el terreno, aprender de personas más experimentadas en lo que se refiere al trabajo fue una experiencia impagable, que nunca conseguiría aunque tuviera el dinero.
Redes de apoyo y tutoría
Al igual que la comunidad #hive nos ofrece el privilegio de conectar con personas de ideas afines y también de gran valor. Unirme a Hive me ha expuesto a una gran red de apoyo de personas que ofrecen mentoría que ha contribuido enormemente al desarrollo de mi experiencia empresarial. Ayer estaba cansado de trabajar en mi escritorio, así que tuve que dar un paseo por una obra cercana, donde me reuní con profesionales. El mero hecho de estar en esa obra e interactuar con esas personalidades me permitió adquirir mucha experiencia práctica. Soy ingeniero eléctrico, pero mi contacto con personas afines de la ingeniería civil y estructural me aportó muchas ventajas que no pagué económicamente.
Cuando te relacionas con personas que piensan como tú, que tienen un gran potencial y están bien formadas en cualquier campo, pero en este caso en el campo de la iniciativa empresarial, obtendrás más información valiosa, grandes consejos y un apoyo masivo, que viene acompañado de oportunidades y plataformas para colaborar con mentes afines e intercambiar ideas que ayudarán a un empresario a superar los retos y tomar decisiones informadas cuando sea necesario.
Aprendizaje continuo
Tenía que mencionar esto aquí, porque mientras sigas respirando, siempre hay una oportunidad de aprender, pero sólo depende de si estás dispuesto a aprender a medida que la ocasión te ofrece la oportunidad. El aprendizaje continuo no depende de la educación circular, sino de ser una persona de mente abierta dispuesta a aprovechar al máximo cada oportunidad que le ofrece la vida. Que también puedas participar en la educación circular es un factor vital para una experiencia emprendedora, esto te ayudará a mantenerte a la cabeza en un mundo de tecnología drásticamente cambiante como el nuestro. Si no eres un aprendiz continuo, la verdad sea dicha, estarás fuera de relevancia incluso cuando deberías ser muy útil, toma por ejemplo nuestras tendencias actuales del mercado, si no estás bien informado, adaptarte a las tendencias del mercado será una gran cosa. Siéntase libre de tomar algunos programas de choque, podría ser curso en línea o programas de certificación disponibles, talleres y conferencias, en áreas relacionadas, actualizando así a sí mismo en el avance industrial y la tecnología para mantenerse vivo y útil como empresario.
La experiencia práctica es muy necesario, se obtiene sobre una base diaria, pero quiero decir que todavía tenemos qué hacer, usted puede maximizar cualquiera de los temas antes mencionados de consideración. Gracias por contar conmigo, Tu amigo @emylight

Good morning from here, am glad to meet you again, I still want to explore the subject of experience in the field of entrepreneurship, but more so in this article will seek to look critically on how we can build or develop this entrepreneurial experience. I will do well to make more emphasizes on how to develop the experience.
The experience does not have to be positive or negative alone but both, the both do come to build us, so if you zero down on the negative, in due season you will cry without petty, I do believe you will maximize this opportunity effectively, as we login into the details.
Internships and Apprenticeships:
This can be a very difficult task for some persons to carry out but from my view point, it’s a necessity. My life is a product of this model. Entrepreneurship experience can be effectively maximized through your engagement in internships, as well as apprenticeships, but this will be a crazy thing to think about for a lazy person, your engagement with internship will afford you invaluable practical and real exposure that will motivate you as an entrepreneur.
When I was done with my bachelor degree in Engineering, I needed to have some campus missionary experience, but I did not have the money to gain the training, so I decided to volunteer for a missionary platform which I knew back then on campus, that opportunities offered me experiences as I interacted with more experienced, trained and professional fellow in the field,
I got close to more experience persons in the field, learning from more seasoned individuals as its regards the work was a priceless experience, I would never get even if I had the money.
Support Networks and Mentorship
Just like what the #hive community affords us the privilege to connect with people of like minds and also of great value. Joining Hive has exposed me to a great support network of persons that offers mentorship that has greatly contributed to the development of my entrepreneurship experience. Yesterday I was just tired of working on my desk, so I had to take a stroll down a nearby construction site, where I met with professionals, just being on that site and interacting with those personalities, I was able to gain so much of practical experience, I am an electrical engineer but my exposure to like minds in the civil and structural engineers accorded me so much gain that I didn’t pay financially for.
When you connect with like-minded individuals, who are loaded with great potentials and well train in any field but in this case in the field of entrepreneurship, you will gain more of valuable insights, great advice, and massive support, which comes with opportunities and as well platforms to collaborate with like minds thereby exchanging ideas that will help an entrepreneur to navigate through challenges and make informed decisions were necessary.
Continuous Learning
I had to bring this one here, because as long as you are still breathing, there is always an opportunity to learn but it only depends on if you are willing to learn as occasion offers you the opportunity. Continuous learning is not a function of circular education but being an open minded person who is willing to maximize every given opportunity offered by life. That you can also engage the circular education is a vital factor for an entrepreneurial experience, this will help you stay ahead in a drastically changing world of technology like ours. If you are not a continues learner, the truth be told, you will be out of relevant even when you should be very useful, take for instance our current market trends, if you are not well informed, adapting to the market trends will be a big thing. Feel free to take some crash programs, could be online course or available certificate programs, workshops and conference, in related areas, thereby updating yourself on industrial advancement and technology to keep yourself alive and useful as an entrepreneur.
The practical experience is very needful, you get it on a daily basis but I want to say that we still have what to do, you can maximize any of the above mentioned subject of consideration. Thanks for having me, Your friend @emylight
