What's your experience with entrepreneurship?

My experience so far as an entrepreneur is something to be grateful for. It turned out to be easy for me at some point in time because I was always focused on achieving my goals and gave all it took to hit the target. Surrounding myself with people I needed to help build my career also really helped me grow faster as an entrepreneur.

Although, it's not always smooth and is never as easy as we all assume it is because there are also lots of discouragements one gets to face at some point in time. It's never that easy in most cases, especially at the starting point of the business.

Because I remember very well that during my starting process of becoming an entrepreneur, I literally faced lots of challenges because, in most cases, as an entrepreneur, people around you don't seem to want to support your business at the starting point.

It's literally a normal thing most entrepreneurs get to face at the starting point of their careers. You see both your friends, family, loved ones, and your closest set of people that surround you support other people's businesses and seem to act like they never knew you were into the same kind of business.

It's in most cases, so painful, discouraging, and heartbreaking in most situations. Because these were some of the little challenges I had at my starting point. But then, with time, I got to understand how it's done. It can only be easier for one to channel that spirit of discouragement into building oneself for the future.

And then it was easier for me at some point in time because I had a mentor too who was always there at some point to help me stay focused and keep moving forward every day of my life. He said to me, "As they always say, Rome wasn't built in a day.

And he always said something to me that also kept me going anytime I wanted to give up: that nothing good comes easy in life, and things that come easy in life don't last long. "What you want" actually takes time. Just keep being consistent, and with time, it gets better.

And then I came to realize that growth can't be rushed, no matter how much you feed📌. You can never buy experience; rather, you can only learn from other people's or your own, be it good or bad.

Tips, advice, or plans you have to become an entrepreneur

Create a business plan:

Profile your business idea, have a target, stay out of competition, be more focused on being you, and be unique in your little way (don't do what you do because every other person is doing the same thing).

Build a strong relationship with your clients:

Build strong relationships with your customers and also earn their trust to the extent that they are not scared to refer you to other people.

Invest in continued learning to help build your brand.

Stay updated on new trends that can help grow your business, attend relevant workshops and conferences (remember, you use money to make more money), and always seek to improve your skills as an entrepreneur.

And most importantly

Surround yourself with mentors, advisors, and fellow entrepreneurs who can provide guidance and support that would help build your career into a better one

Because we all know that entrepreneurship is a journey that requires hard work, persistence, and a willingness to learn from both successes and failures. So never look back at what might have happened; rather, go back on track and keep moving.

Having a Clear Version and Passion:

Being a successful entrepreneur is never an easy thing to do, especially without having a version of what it's like.

It's important to have a clear vision and passion. Pursue a business idea that aligns with you, embrace it, and keep moving forward.

In Conclusion:

Entrepreneurship is not something you can last long in if you're not passionate about doing it. Because it requires dedication, resilience, and continuous learning.

But then, always remember to stay true to your vision and passion; stay focused on building yourself.
Be consistent and watch out for the great result coming your way at the end of the day.
