Se dice que en hive somos emprendedores porque invertimos en una plataforma descentrelizada con la intención de aportar ideas y generar nuevos ingresos. De acuerdo a esta sencilla teoría el concepto parece referirse a buscar manera de ser creativos, invertir, trabajar, mantenerse y perseverar con el firme propósito de multiplicar tus ganancias y ofrecer nuevos empleos. Quizá son muchas cosas más las que definen el término pero aquí les menciono solo algunas.
Con todos estos temas sobre economía mundial globalizada, nos ha tocado a muchos aprender sobre negocios sí porque sí. El tema inflacionario en sus constante cambios nos ha llevado al limite de la locura y al quiebre del poder adquisitivo (caso Venezuela). ¿Por qué sucedió todo este drama? Una posible respuesta sería: porque en Venezuela no ha habido cultura de emprendimiento, ni deseos de invertir.
Es ahora, en estos tiempos modernos, dada las continuas crisis, cuando el pensamiento cambia. Tener libertad financiera parece ser el principal interés de las personas y la solución más viable ante tantos problemas. En este sentido, no se puede negar la oportunidad a nadie de querer emprender un modelo de negocio así se vaya rumbo al fracaso.

With all these topics about globalized world economy, many of us have had to learn about business just because. The inflationary issue in its constant changes has taken us to the limit of madness and the breakdown of purchasing power (Venezuela case). Why did all this drama happen? One possible answer would be: because in Venezuela there has not been a culture of entrepreneurship, nor a desire to invest.
It is now, in these modern times, given the continuous crises, when the thinking changes. Having financial freedom seems to be the main interest of people and the most viable solution to so many problems. In this sense, no one can be denied the opportunity to want to undertake a business model even if it is heading for failure.
En mi caso, soy una emprendedora social, no sé si se tenga mucha familiaridad con este término, de igual manera explicaré un poco.
Mi emprendimiento es social porque este negocio se basa en brindar herramientas a estudiantes (adolescentes) para que logren ser eficaz, eficiente y efectivo en todo aquello que se propongan relacionado con sus estudios.
Un emprendedor social como yo y como todos aquellos educadores de este y otros países del mundo, no generamos ganancias económicas que nos ayude a aumentar los ingresos y ofrecer nuevos empleos. Los docentes, emprendedores sociales como yo formamos parte de un grupo de asalariados profesionales por esta razón nos diferenciamos de otros emprendedores.

Para un emprendedor social su ganancia se describe con el éxito de la propuesta educativa. Formar líderes para que generen ideas de negocio, planifiquen y accionen sus propios proyectos, son las mayores ganancias de un enprendedor social.
Desde mi hunilde opinión, creo que los educadores somos los más grandes emprendedores del mundo, sin las mejores ganancias en algunos países pero, los más orgullosos por todo este empuje inyectado para el crecimiento de un país. Repito una vez más, puede que el términoemprendedor social no sea muy conocido por eso creí oportuno el momento para destacar su importancia ya que su principal objetivo es generar un impacto social a través de iniciativas innovadoras.
En las escuelas hablamos de modelos que promuevan el cambio social combinado con el interés de servir a esa parte de la sociedad que ha sido y sigue siendo la más vulnerable. Es decir, en las escuelas, cada emprendedor social creer en la oportunidad e igualdad para cada individuo por este otro dilema, los emprendedores sociales nos caracterizamos por poner el impacto social por encima de los ingresos económicos.

From my humble opinion, I believe that we educators are the greatest entrepreneurs in the world, without the best earnings in some countries, but the proudest for all this push injected for the growth of a country. I repeat once again, the term social entrepreneur may not be well known so I thought it was the right time to highlight its importance since its main objective is to generate a social impact through innovative initiatives.
In schools we talk about models that promote social change combined with the interest of serving that part of society that has been and continues to be the most vulnerable. That is, in schools, every social entrepreneur believes in opportunity and equality for every individual because of this other dilemma, social entrepreneurs are characterized by putting social impact above economic income.
Eficacia, eficiencia y efectividad son nuestras herramientas para la innovacion y transformación. Como decía mi madre:. "No hay nadie que nos quite lo bailado". Soy orgullosamente una emprendedora social.
