Tydeman Apples

Hello Hive Family. I hope you all are healthy.

Friends, I have not been writing blogs for the last few days because I had gone on shrikhand Kailash yatra (trek) for the last few days. During which I did not get time to write.
Before going to Shrikhand Kailash, I had plucking apples in my orchards and sold them in the market. So I am going to share some pictures of tydeman apple and its benefits with all of you.

Friends, after Black Amber Plum, we plucking tydeman apples in our orchards. Tydeman apples are plucking first in our orchards. Tydeman variety is an early variety of apple. This apple ripens in July itself. It is red and light yellow in color. It is sour-sweet to eat. It is rich in vitamin K, and C.

I take the help of my friend for apple plucking. After having breakfast in the morning, we go to the orchard next to the house to pluck apples. There are two big Tydeman apple trees. These trees have borne lots of fruits this year. My father planted these trees about 35 years ago. These trees have borne very good apples today.

We pluck the apples in a bag which we hang around our neck. After that we fill them in crates (kilta) and take them to the store room for packing.

First of all, we grade the apples. We separate them according to their size and put the bad apples in B grade. After completing the grading, it is time to pack them in cardboard boxes. We do this work by hand. Which takes us a lot of time.

After packing, we step them with a small machine and take them to the fruit market by car to sell them.
