Durante este año me he acercado mucho a la naturaleza y esto es quizá algo paradójico, porque ha sido un año de encierro y justamente durante este encierro he aprendido a hacer contacto con la naturaleza en casa. A mi abuela le gusta mucho sembrar, pero yo no prestaba la debida atención a esto, tal vez era algo que daba por sentado.

Para extraer las semillas hay que dejar que la flor se seque, cortarla y proceder a extraer las diminutas semillas, las podemos guardar en una bolsa de plástico así las tendremos a mano cuando deseemos sembrarlas.
