Happy and blessed night everyone, I wish you a very profitable and productive week, I am here after several weeks of absence to share with you the great joy I feel to be able to enjoy my first mango harvest. In previous weeks I told you about the great problem of drought that left me with great losses in my small family garden, leaving me with only some of the plants that endured the lack of water for so long, including my banana and mango plants.

As I had also told you that this small orchard is part of our property that we still have under construction and since the mango plants were born and grew without being planted or planned to be there, they only grew and when we saw them small we decided to take care of them. of them not only for obtaining their fruits but also for the beauty and the shade that this kind of trees gives us. In our orchard we have two mango plants that are very different from each other and their fruits are also very different.

The first one is a very tall bush, about two meters high, but with a very thin and tall trunk, and it is only subdivided into branches at the top of its trunk, its fruits are yellow, medium-sized and round. Its fruits are very sweet and in this, which is also its first production, it has produced few fruits. We collect two or three mangoes maximum daily, since we are not used to unloading the bush, on the contrary, we let its fruits fall when it is ripe. times, here in my town these are known as manzanita mango.

On the other hand, the second bush, despite being also very tall, its trunk is stronger and thicker and its branches can be seen from far below, it is a very leafy and large-volume plant. Just like its fruits are hanging from a rope of its branches and are easily abscessed because they are at a very low level, its fruits are very small and with a green shell, in my town they are known as red mango. For a week now, every morning, a large number of small mangoes have fallen on the floor. At first I thought we had lost this load, but when I tried the small mangoes, despite what I thought, their green shells were ripe and very tasty.

We have received many more fruits from this second floor and there are still many on it, with the collected fruits we were able to distribute to the neighboring children and for me and my family I made a delicious natural juice and some delicious and small ice creams to share with the family. Feliz y bendecida noche tengan todos, les deseo una semana muy provechosa y productiva, paso por acá luego de varias semanas de ausencia para compartir con ustedes la gran alegría que siento por poder disfrutar de mi primera cosecha de mango. En semanas anteriores les comentaba el gran problema de sequía que me dejó grandes pérdidas en mi pequeño huerto familiar, dejándome solo algunas de las plantas que soportaron la falta de agua durante tanto tiempo, entre ellas mis plantas de plátano y mango.

Como también les había comentado que este pequeño huerto es parte de nuestra propiedad que aún tenemos en construcción y pues las matas de mango nacieron y crecieron sin ser sembradas ni planificadas para estar allí, solo se dieron y ya al verlas pequeñas decidimos cuidar de ellas no solo por obtener sus frutos si no por lo hermosa y la sombra que nos brinda está clase de árboles. En nuestro huerto tenemos dos matas de mango que son muy diferentes entre ellas y sus frutos también son muy distintas

La primera de ella es una mata muy alta deas de dos metros de altura, pero de tronco muy delgado y alto, y solo se subdivide en ramas en lo más alto de su tronco, sus frutos son amarillos, de tamaño mediano y redonditos. Su Frutos son muy dulces y en esta que también es su primera producción a dado pocos frutos, diario recogemos dos o tres mangos máximo, pues no acostumbramos a descargar la mata, por el contrario, dejamos que sean sus frutos los que caigan cuando sea su tiempos, acá en mi pueblo estos son conocidos como mango manzanita.

Por otro lado la segunda mata a pesar de ser también muy alta su tronco es más fuerte y grueso y sus ramas pueden notarse desde muy abajo, es una planta muy frondosa y de gran volúmen. Al igual sus frutos están guindando de una cuerda de sus ramas y son de fácil absceso pues están a un nivel muy bajo, sus frutos son muy pequeños y de concha verde, en mi pueblo son conocidos como mango tino. Desde hace una semana cada mañana amanece una gran cantidad de pequeños manguitos en el piso, al principio pensé que habíamos perdido esta carga pero al probar los pequeños mangos estaban a pesar de pensé su concha verde estaban maduros y muy ricos.

De esta segunda planta si hemos recibido muchos más frutos y aún quedan muchos en ella, con los frutos recolectados logramos repartir a los niños vecinos y para mí y mi familia elabore un rico jugo natural y unos ricos y pequeños helados para compartir en familia. Dando gracias a Dios por estos frutos.
