Hi fellow gardeners and plant admirers! In September I'm harvesting most of the vegetables from the gardens. But also I'm really looking forward to hemp harvest.
Hemp formed this beautiful buds. It's a one kind of meditation, watching them flower, after months of growing. The trichomes are slowly turning from milky white into brownish-orange color. Soon the buds will get ripe and ready to harvest. I will later use it for CBD extracts such as macerates, tinctures and creams. I will dry some of the buds for tea, spice for my recipes and also for smoking.
The dogs love to hang out on the hemp garden, but the also love to use CBD extracts. They both get it every day and it's also their favourite treat, haha😄
Just like all mammals, CBD can be a great medicine for dogs. It can help dogs with autoimmune diseases, viruses, infections, inflammations, neurological diseases, arthritis and it is used as painkiller.

This year the weather was harsh, we had a long period of drought in the area. Cannabis is a tough plant, it has amazing surviving skills.
Garden is a happy place.😌
Last month, I tried to find all the males in the garden. I took them out of the ground before they would sprout the pollen all over the garden and fertilize the desired female flowers. I used male flowers for tea and I left the rest on the ground for green composting.
This cool looking plant is partly conditioned by the lack of chlorophyll, some kind of plant albinism.
Cannabis and beans are great neighbours.
String beans are so useful in the kitchen.
The pumpkins are beautiful this year.
I love hot peppers, soon I will pick them up and prepare hot sauce.
I planted pink oyster mushrooms in the spring, I get loads of them almost every week now.
Trying to survive the drought, some of the vegetables didn't make it through the hailing.
Cranberries produced a huge amount of fruits this year.
