Harvested and replanted

Gardening will always be part of the daily routine of my husband. He has a regular job from Monday to Friday but still manages to plant vegetables and spices at home.
His job contributes a lot to his garden. He learns a lot from his work since he is working in Agriculture.

Hubby knows I love pechay and kangkong. So here is our Kangkong. It was supposed to be a lot of it but sad to say the frog lay on the seedlings and the other kangkong plant was damaged. For now, it is almost ready to harvest.
He harvested all his remaining pechay plants last night and sold them to our neighbor. We had a few pechay left yesterday since two of our neighbors bought some of our pechay. Of course, they all love our pechay plants since it's fresh and organic and it's cheaper than buying in the market. So after hubby harvested all the pechay he planted new seedlings since he already had seedlings ready for replacement.

Hubby took out all his eggplants since it's no longer growing well. He planted Okra for the available space. I felt sorry for his other newly grown Okra as the chicken had scratched it in our neighborhood. I have been telling him to put some sticks on the surroundings of the plant so the chickens won't scratch the soil of his plants. He also planted more spring onions near his Okra plants. Well, I was the one who suggested that he plant those kinds of plants that won't need so much care so he can sell them more easily. Aside from those spring onions on the ground we also have more spring onions on the pot. We have two varieties of spring onions but I don't know what kinds of spring onions we had. Hubby even planted spring onions in our old chamber pots.

For now, our tomatoes are bearing fruits and they need so much care since it's rainy season. Worms are attacking the fruits of it. Hubby told me that the worms were eating the fruits. Hubby loves growing tomatoes as it's way easier to sell.

Our seedlings, Kangkong, and pechay are placed beside our house. Hubby decided to put them near our house to avoid the pests attacking our plants.

Hubby also tried to plant some bell peppers along the side of our house. As I notice it grows healthier and taller than the one that he planted first near the road. I guess the soil along the side of our house is way healthier. Though hubby put some good soil on both plants we can see the difference in how it grows.
We are excited to see those bell peppers bear fruit since it is our first time planting bell peppers here in our own house. We had bell pepper plants before in the house where we lived but we only planted them in a pot since it doesn't have some space to plant them on the ground.

Anyways, hubby had to take out his bitter gourd plants since it's not growing well. We had a few fruits from it but it was bitten by bees I guess because it turns yellow. We noticed that the plants didn't grow further so I told my husband that if ever he planted another kind of vine plant, he shouldn't place it in a pot. He better plant it directly on the ground.
