Time to Reset
This morning at 7:30 i began a colon cleanse called Shanka Prakshalana, which involves drinking a few litres of warm salt water and doing some yoga movements in between glasses.
The salt prevents the liquid going into the bladder, so passes into the intestines, eventually coming out the other end as clear water, if you drink enough. i stopped at 3 litres today after 2 hours, not completely clear but still a very good cleanse.
i plan to fast (no food) for at least 3 days. i started by drinking some water, about 2 hrs after the colon cleanse, then moved on to juices, and urine.
i will break the fast by moving to a high fat diet for 3 days, following advice and guidance of @uncleyoda, who is also fasting with me here at Atmanna in #Bulgaria.
Juices so far have included lettuce, courgette (little round ones), cucumber, tomato and beet-root.
