As someone who loved gardening back in the village, I was always amazed by my mum's diligence in tending her garden. In our village, my mum grew a variety of vegetables and fruits, one of which was pumpkin. These pumpkin plants thrived in our yard, where mum painstakingly weeded and tended to them every day. Its creeping leaves and tendrils can give a natural feel to a small garden at home.Every time I see a flourishing plant, I feel connected to my mum's garden in the village. Nature always has a way of bringing us together, even when we're miles apart.
