How are you friends every where, hopefully health and happy. The location of the grilled Fish restaurant is in Palabuhanratu city, west Java. Palabuhanratu city is the of Sukabumi district it's location is on the south coast and is also a tourist destinations.
The distance from Sukabumi city to Palabuhanratu is around 60 kilometers, using a vehicle it taken more than two hkurs. The restaurant I went to was the Suparman grilled Fish restaurant,this grilled Fish restaurant is Legendary.
It's location is on the sea front, there are many food menus served such as various types of sea food. Visitor can choose their own fish which they want to grill, for land I ordered Baronang type of fish.
After choosing the fish, then the water started cleaning the fish, spliting the fish, smearing the fish with grilled Fish seasoning Made from spiced. Burning equipment still used traditional fuel from coconut shells which have been processed into Charcoal.
The time to grill the fish is around 30 minutes, grilled Fish seasonings such on soy sauce, Cayenne pepper, shallots are mixing in one contains. Another menu, I ordered stir fried kale and the drink was hot plain tea.
